My Galaxy S20 FE got run over in a parking lot and was crushed on one side. I took it here instead of replacing it. These folks answered all my questions, charged a fair rate, and fixed my phone up good as new in just half a day. Quick turn around, great service, excellent workmanship. Can't really ask for much more. If you've got a phone with damage it's worth it to check them out before deciding on a replacement.

My Mother was having trouble signing in to her iphone, so my Father took it in to Cracked Device Co in Charlottetown. Richard had a quick look at it and helped him right away, and mentioned that lots of people have the same issue. My senior parents were so happy with the service they received, and will definitely be back with any other issues they have with their devices. My charging port had been hit or miss for so long until I finally brought it to Cracked with a second phone with a damaged screen, to get replaced. So they just cleaned it out and now, it's good as new, for free! Thanks!

Cracked Device has great service. I got my phone setup with public mobile and we talked to Lori. She was friendly, patient, and helpful.Although I hope to never have to use their repair services, in the unfortunate event that I do need something repaired, I will definatly give Cracked Device a shot!
