Whitby Urgent Care

I have seen many receptionists over the years in Canada and in England. I would like to commend Maleeha, receptionist to Dr Arun at the clinic who continuously proves to give her 100% efforts towards all patients that visit. As well as having three young kids all under seven years of age, I have a serious condition which now involves brain surgery and every time I had called in to get an appointment or to address an issue with the doctor she always tried to efficiently schedule me in wherever possible. All scans, documents follow ups between the Toronto Hospital and the clinic have always been in top order and processed in an efficient and diligent manner. Everything is robust and followup calls are made without delay.I sincerely believe behind every successful doctor is an exceptional receptionist!Not only does she appear to be humble, kind and courteous within her own team, she always puts respect for people at her top priority.I think she is definitely a wonderful asset to the clinic.Keep up the good work Maleeha!5 stars no doubt!

The 20-minute drive to Whitby Urgent Care is always worth it for us. Dr. A is the best family doctor we've had so far. You can feel her concern and care is genuine. And of course Maleeha is also great. There is no Dr. A without Maleeha. She and Dr. A go well together like peanut butter and jelly.

Dr Mann is my Gp and she is wonderful. I also find Maleeha, her assistant very helpful in dealing with my insurance company. She always answers my questions and patiently goes back and forth with no complaints.

The service is prompt. Receptionist is pleasant and friendly. Doctor is great. She is thorough and care a great deal for my health. Maleeha does a great job in moving things along in a professional manner.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Arunavanathan and her assistant Maleeha! They are both very welcoming, compassionate and extremely attentive! I highly recommend using Whitby Urgent Care if you are looking for care!

Maleeha is simply a fine greased wheel. She is so thorough, if she says she will get back to you…she does. She knows her job so well. It is always a joy to see her. She also does her very best to accommodate your schedule.5 stars from me.

I have been a patient here at Whitby Urgent Care and of doctor Mann for over 6 months and I am very happy to have her as my family doctor, she’s always very punctual, attentive and always listen to any concerns I have - she really makes going to see the doctor an easier experience. Kudos to the nurses and staff that work here, especially Maleeha who is my go-to person whenever I need assistance, she’s always polite, patient, informative and quite funny. I appreciate all you do.

Dr. Mann is great. Will definitely be coming back to her in the future. One thing preventing me from giving this clinic the full 5 stars is the front desk receptionist (the blonde one). Someone please explain to me why there are signs posted everywhere about wearing a mask and throughout my time in the waiting room (approx. 1 hr) I watched her wear her mask improperly or completely remove it from her face while addressing patients? Add her snarky attitude to it and if it weren’t for dr.Manns prompt and thorough care I probably wouldn’t come back.

Maleeha is the most amazing doctor's assistant! I ask her to do so much for me, and she does all of it, in a timely, efficient manner. Given the complexties of my medical situation, I don't know what I'd do without her!

I have nothing but praise for the exceptional service I have received when booking appointments at Whitby Urgent Care. This is entirely because of their receptionist Maleeha. She has always been kind, friendly and helpful. She has made it possible for me to make appointments even on short notice. In my opinion she makes my visits so much more pleasant.
