This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to whenever I visit Montreal. Everything is just really good. You can find better hot dogs and poutine, but for the price you can't beat it.

Horrible....manager has no idea what he is going either.I waited in line at the drive through for around 5 minutes, guessing the order in front was large.I them got to place my large order and told nothing more. My 1 year old daughter and I waited another 30 minutes to be told they can only take cash and I was out of luck. Manager told me if my order was smaller he would have given it to me. Now what they throw it away? Told me to leave and that they could not help me because I only had debit and credit.....

Don't go if you are expecting the same Quality as the LaFleur locations in Montreal. Everything was off in taste and delivery, I normally the number 2 all dressed. Comes with 2 toasted hotdogs with fries and a soda. I knew something was up based on the lack of staff attending and lack of customers. My order took an extremely long time, they messed up my order with the customer before me who ordered something similar, so I waited at the counter and they asked me again for my order after I paid 20 minutes earlier. The hotdogs were overcooked (burnt and split) and the fries tasted off (like they hadn't replaced the fryer grease in quite some time). Had an ill feeling stomach afterwards.

I'm not a big hot dog person but I have to give this place props for their customer service. Always get pleasant people who smile and make me feel important. Good job Lafleur Chambly.
