Sorry to say but your Receptionist is the rudest person I’ve ever came across

Dr. Jain is very accomodating and very concerned with his patients. The best Endocrinologist.

Dr. Akshay Jain is the best Endocrinologist. He is very kind, most accommodating. He has a very big heart to his patients. I consider him my Angel as he will take time to call and provides advise when I need one.When I was referred to him by my primary care Dr, I still don’t have a job and so I don’t have extended health insurance. My diabetic meds and supplies were very pricey($268/month on one of my meds), he used to give me free medications(about 3 months supply at one point, which helped me until I was qualified for extended. health insurance at work. He even provided me free diabetic Machine tester and sensor to test my sugar(I have issues with needle)At this point in time here in BC, it’s one in a million to get appointment with Drs or walk-in clinic, my blood pressure was elevated. Since I cannot get any appointment with my Dr. ( it has been 1 year that I can’t get thru my primary care Dr !) I called his office and seek advice on what to do, his receptionist/assistant Irene or Erin, another amazing person, took my info and said will let Dr. Jain know. With in the day, I got a phone call from Dr. Jain!I have great doctors in the US before however, Dr. Akshay Jain is definitely the best!!! May Gos bless him!

Dr.Jain is great. My blood sugars were very high and I never really was feeling good. I started to see Dr.Jain and in two months my diabetes is under control. I highly recommend DR.JAIN
