Dear Mrs. Lyssa Marcil,This is a response to your comments on our Facebook page:Mrs. Lyssa Marcil, Once again, you made the mistake, not us. We just provided what you have requested on behalf of your client. I understand, that is very hard for individuals to accept and acknowledge that they have made mistakes. RapidShuttle does not, and never had problems in acknowledge that we made a mistake, is the only way we learn hot to improve. And when RapidShuttle makes a mistake, we do whatever we can to make right to not only out guests, but as well to our staff. And this was not the case. The case here was that you, and your company, Maritime Travel, Toronto, Canada, made a reservation online (you did not used a live agent), for a vehicle that accommodates up to 4 passengers, and 4 check-in luggage. Your client, had 7 check-in luggage, several carry-ons and, in addition, they had an individual in a wheelchair that required a specialized vehicle with a wheelchair lift (ADA Access Van). I do not know about Canada; But the United States of America, has strictly regulations when transporting individuals in wheelchairs. And for the safety of such individuals we do Not (1) attempt to remove them from their wheelchair and moved them to a seat in the van, (2) even if the guest was able to move from the wheelchair to a seat in the van, we wouldn't have space in the vehicle that you, Mrs. Lyssa Marcil, requested. Please, do the right thing for your client, and assume the mistake that you and your company Maritime Travel, Toronto, Canada made.Respectfully,Paulo P.Guest Services.

For those who are looking into booking your vacations with Maritime Travel,and special dealing with their branch manager by the name of L.M:This reservation was made by Maritime Travel, and the agent was L.M.The guest on the reservation is S.M and not Canuckle_Grrl. You and your travel agent contacted us about this situation and we responded accordingly. You and your travel agent (that until now is refusing to take responsibility for the fact that she made a mistake (see the facts below). The driver or the staff or driver in question (based on the phone call records) in anytime was rude to; actually, they were trying to resolve the situation caused by your travel agent. Because as you know, you need a ADA vehicle (Wheelchair Access Van - we sent you and your travel agent a picture).
