Premium Mountain Rental
The bikes and bike trailer we rented were great but it’s the exceptional staff that prompted me to write a review. They’re knowledgeable, patient, friendly and repeatedly went above and beyond in their customer service. My husband and I were biking the valley trail with our 1.5 yr old in a bike trailer. Staff took the guess work out of our day with route suggestions, worthwhile pit stops, and personal recommendations. They saved a water bottle we forgot and gave such a good dinner recommendation on night one that I popped in for another suggestion for our second night. Highly recommend choosing this spot for your rentals!

Premium Mountain Rental
I was visiting the bike park for a weekend and rented a bike from Premium as they were recommended as one of the best rentals for price and quality. All staff were incredibly helpful upon arrival and they provided a great price for 4 hours. The gondola was closed after I had 3 runs on the day and upon asking if I could use the bike the next day they offered it completely free of charge! Very grateful as I was able to have a full 4 hours of riding the next day.Would recommend to anyone renting a bike in Whistler!

Premium Mountain Rental
We were looking for mountain bikes pretty late in the day to rent and bike around on the trails system. Most other places in the village wouldn’t even entertain us. Thanks to premium for giving us their last two bikes so we could try out the amazing trails in Whistler!If you can, I’d suggest booking online in advance for a discount as it was a little on the expensive side (likely on par with Whistler prices).

Wow, best rental shop I have ever been to. Staff is really awesome, they are very helpful and knowledgeable! You are always offered fresh espresso, tea, water and they hold your shoes for the day so you aren’t stuck in boots in the village after the slopes. If you need gear this is the spot

Excellent customer service, seamless booking system and lots of competitive choice. There are obviously a lot of bike rentals in Whistler but the staff here really stood out when enquiring with shops re rental.Staff sat down and outlined the trails and suitable bikes.Upon collecting the bike the following morning, was offered a coffee and all gear was in perfect working order. Highly recommend this shop and the staff! Thank you

Great staff, easy pick-up/ drop-off process; we wanted to go for a reliable reviewed place and the reviews did not lie! We had such a wonderful full day adventure with the Kona Fire Mountain Valley Bikes all the way from the village to Function Junction, and the bikes were so nicely maintained we didn't have to worry at all. The prices were also so incredibly reasonable (we rented the bikes for the full day and they came with locks and helmets). Would definitely return!

We stopped by here on the way out from our hotel and decided to grab a couple bikes for the afternoon. The selection was great and they were able to get us on a Ike without a reservation. My wife and kids rented a normal bike and I picked up an ebike. We all had a blast riding the trails around Whistler. The e bike was awesome and. A six ally have you a power assist in peddling which became almost effortless. You could select the assistance level to make it as hard or easy as you wanted. Overall we had a great experience.

These guys are awesome. Stumbled on them when I needed a rental for the bike park and the big shops" were all reserved. Staff were SUPER accommodating and the process was quick. Rented once without a reservation and once with. With a reservation is faster and less expensive

Very happy with my 3 rentals over 5 days of riding from them. The bikes were in great shape, clean, and all components worked very good too. The staff was friendly everyday I came in. One day I inquired about the Whistler Valley trails and one guy wrote down a handful of trails and how to get to them! They looked over each of the bikes overnight and put on fresh brake pads on the DH bike for my second day of riding. Would rent from them again next time!
