Hilarapy offers people an opportunity to explore their history, trauma, mental health and so much more in a safe and inclusive community environment. The support available within the community is astounding. We get to share our stories vulnerabily while learning how to sift through some murky waters and find the healing available through laughter!! When we wire together we fire together!! I happily refer people to Hilarapy. Their courses are so fun and comprehensive. Lizzie has such a fabulous way of connecting with her students and helping them. I can't wait to see what more they have in store. Especially with their new studio in White Rock.

Have you always been told you were funny never, but you never thought you were good enough to do anything about it? That was me. I happen to also have some baggage, limiting beliefs and anxiety......so I had alot to work with! Hilarapy provided me with a safe, confidential space in which to work on my comedy, while building community, growth and healing. Having a safe space to perform where there would be no heckling was icing on the cake.The richness 'laughter healing' has brought to my life has been a catalyst that inspires me to share the wealth, so to speak and give back to Hilarapy and the community.
