We lived at Chieftain crescent for several months. It was a wonderful experience, the house is beautifully furnished, clean and spacious. The space was also very functional and the newly renovated kitchen was perfect. The location is great, close to both the highway and GoTransit system. Joanna is fantastic, friendly and very responsive to any concerns. I would highly recommend to any person seeking a rental in Barrie.

Stayed at the Chieftain residence for 3.5 months. Joanna was great, got me settled quickly. The furnishings and supplies were plentiful. Internet was good after the new router was installed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this apartment. In addition to have a first rate landlord in Joanna, I had great neighbours as well.I found the apartment to be exactly as advertised. Clean, neat as a pin and move-in ready. Everything that I needed to be comfortable was available in the apartment. I just had to bring my clothes.If you are looking for a place in Barrie, I urge you to take a look at this apartment. You won't be disappointed.

Very clean, well furnished, having on-site laundry was perfect. Landlord very easy to work with, great communication. Apartment was in a nice quiet area close to amenities and the highway.

Awesome place to stay. This is our second time. The landlords are extremely accommodating and go the extra mile to correct any issues. The unit was spotless both times we moved in.Very well equipped, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms etc.

Fully furnished apartment for short term rental needs. Nicely decorated, fully furnished with all utilities and internet included. This was a lovely place to stay while waiting for our house closing date. The landlord is friendly, cooperative and really easy to work with. I highly recommend using Barrie Short Term Rentals for your short term housing needs.

Amazing Experience ! We lived at Chieftain Crescent for several months after having a devastating house fire. Joanna made us all feel extremely welcome and was such a pleasure to deal with. The accommodations in itself were nothing short of amazing. Super clean, very organized and a great area to boot. Super happy with choosing this location to stay in temporarily. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a short term rental!
