Out of the four salesman that saw me, Stephen was willing to take the time to see what I came in for.He went above and beyond to help me purchase a new car. recently has a very poor experience especially considering I was a loyal customer to the dealership for years now. my truck needed to be looked at to see what was wrong. I was told they would check it out and let me know. No one called me to inform me they were taking apart my engine to figure it out and how much that would cost I didn't give any consent for that and then they wanted to charge me still for the inspection that I didn't consent to. the repair cost was extremely ridiculous and I felt I was attempted to be taken advantage of. Please be carful while in service. I have now taken my business elsewhere and they lost a very loyal customer. very disappointed always get a second opinion.

The staff at Wills, especially Krista, were quick and helpful to address a tire issue with my new vehicle. The shuttle service was excellent and they repaired my tire quickly. All staff I interacted with were polite. I had a tire warranty and they took care of everything. A very pleasant and positive experience!

Wills was quick to have me bring in my vehicle after the engine light came on. I left the car overnight and they looked at it the next day. Part required was replaced quickly and I had the car back that day.Always friendly and professional.
