When I lived in Windsor, diamond cleaning services always took care of my house cleaning duties with professionalism and high-quality products. They are no doubt the most trusted company I’ve ever worked with in the area, and they are always on time. I highly recommend their services!

They were quick and very responsive I even unintentionally dropped my bank card and they left it where I could find it! Very very trustworthy company and workers!!! They cleaned everything everywhere perfectly!! I’ll be calling back for sure!

I use their services time and time again and they always meet and exceed the expectations with the attention to detail and their amazing customer service.Trish and the whole team are hard working and truly care about their clients! One example was suggesting felt pads under the furniture on hardwood for someone that had never had hardwood before, and then they brought the pads the next time they cleaned and installed them for the client! Not expected of them at all but, they always go the extra distance! I highly recommend this team of professionals.

Hired the team for a deep clean (meant for selling the house). Trish was very thorough and ensured a quality job was completed through the entire house. She went above to ensure everything was done as discussed. Very trustworthy and good communication.

I called Trisha and she was easy to talk to she arrived on time and communicates very well. She cleaned our 3400 Sq. Ft. home including our basement which was just completed and had drywall dust everywhere. Very professional and friendly...I would recommended them for your housing needs...we used them to get our house prepared for pictures.

These woman are amazing. I sold my house to my niece and wanted to leave her with a clean house to move into. It had been not taken care of the past few years and was just really bad. These ladies came in and did such an amazing job cleaning it that it made me sad I sold it. I would 10 out of 10 recommend diamond. I called EVERY SINGLE cleaning service in Windsor and they were the only ones to answer the phone and boy am I glad they did!

I’m not sure what went wrong here since this place had amazing reviews. I got cleaning service with this company about for a friend who was moving out of his house. I had used a different cleaning service in the past and had a good experience so I had convinced my friend that he should do the same. This place had great reviews so we decided to go with them. We requested 1.5 hours (3 people) since we wanted a bit of a deeper clean than usual.On the Friday after they came to clean the place I asked my friend how it was and he just said “it wasn’t the greatest” and left it at that. I thought that maybe he just had super high expectations but when I came over later in the day I definitely agreed that it definitely was not up to standard.He had told the team not to clean floors and focus on bathroom and kitchen but with even with that limited work we were still disappointed. He said that the cleaners seamed rushed which makes sense since he booked for 1.5 hours but they stayed for less than an hour (although they only charged for the time they cleaned which was great). To be honest it was a relief that they didn’t stay for the extra time because the extra cost would not have been worth it.Now before anyone thinks that the house was a mess and that’s why the cleaning wasn’t complete, that’s not the case. The month before we had a cleaning day and we made it a point to clean the bathroom (mirror, tiles, toilets, vanity, etc.) so although the house needed cleaning, it’s not like it was a disaster in there.Overall I’m not sure if this experience was an off day but I can’t say I would recommend this place. Another cleaning service I used in Windsor had charged me the same price for 2 people (for 2 hours) and I was much more satisfied with their results. For now I will still be on the lookout for the right service for me.Update: I updated this review to include a star since the owner did reach out to try to make things better in the reply. I haven’t taken them up on their offer but I appreciated the fact that they did try to reach out. I changed the review from 3 stars to 4 stars.

I have asked for 3 persons deep cleaning service of an empty house. 4 persons turned out and I agreed 2 hrs service of 4 persons, unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay with them. About 1.5 hours after starting cleaning they were continuously calling and messaging me stating that they almost finished and require payments and I had to pay without seeing what kind of cleaning they did, when I saw the house after there cleaning service, I got shocked, I contacted them, then they replied that with 2 hrs limit they can only do this, the refrigerator and Owen was dirty and there is any sign that they touched the upstairs room, and laundry room, I have added some post cleaning pictures, and decide whether to hire them or not, I do not recommend this people for house cleaning.

I recently used the Diamond cleaning Services at my dads house and I'm so impressed with their work! They managed to get most of the house sparkling clean and it was really great to see the house all refreshed and tidy. They were also very efficient with their cleaning and took into consideration my personal preferences. I strongly recommend this cleaning service - they really did a fantastic job and made such a positive difference to my dads place!
