I had the best experience with Bella during my first sugaring appointment at Sugaring NYC! I’ve done sugaring before and had some mixed results but Bella made it last so much longer than some of the other places I have been too. Very pleased and will definitely be returning regularly!

Sugaring NYC - Rochester Hills
I had never been here before, and it had been a while since my last Brazilian. Juliette made me feel so comfortable. She was very easy to talk to, and she did an excellent job with the sugaring. It was probably the best Brazilian experience I have ever had, and it didn't even hurt as much as I was expecting! She even offered me a stress ball during the process, which I thought was so nice. Thanks, Juliette!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The place is so cute and clean, love the design! Alexis was wonderful! She made me feel very comfortable and was really nice to talk with during the appointment. If anyone is interested in trying, go for it!!! There is minimal pain, you feel great after and the results are definitely worth it

This was my first time experiencing sugaring and I love it. It's basically painless, my skin was not tender or sore and there no pulling or tearing of the skin. 10/10 I recommend and ask for Zariah she is so sweet and professional she did not miss a SPOT!!!!!! LOVE IT HERE

I have only AMAZING things to say about Sugaring NYC Rochester! Bella is such a superstar. Seriously— she somehow manages to skillfully clean me up so well without batting an eye and holding conversations that make me feel like we’re besties during vulnerable times of having to be bare. LOL! Last time I went here, I went with two other friends who’ve never had sugaring done. And Bella accommodated all of us and created a welcoming atmosphere. She did a great job educating us! We love her, I love her. And we love this location.

Juliette is awesome. She is calm, cool, and collected. She explained everything to me in great detail making sure I was comfortable and that all my questions were answered up front.Facility is clean and sanitized. Decorated very cute as well. I will be a returning customer and I’ll be referring my friends. I highly recommend this location and Juliette. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with my service that I received.
