They don’t even know how to estimate the damage from the accident. They are wasting my time, it’s been a month and they didn’t even do anything. Worst insurance company ever. They should cover all tge damages due to the accident, but they are saying that they will just cover only the hit area. It doesn’t make any sense to me!

My wife got into a car accident while driving with my car. And my car has been decided to be scrapped. So I wanted to see my car and bring my belongings. However, the person in charge here said that he can't show me my car and also told me that he can't take my stuff. I couldn't understand. I wanted to see my car for the last time and bring my things.

The fellow that took us into the storage area was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure we were assisted in every way.The 2 ladies in the office looked after my son and I in a very friendly and efficient manner.

Had an appointment with an adjuster but he was not in. The other adjuster was nice but didn't tell us any information about our vehicle. Had much better service from the Langley and Abbotsford locations.

Made an appointment a few days after being contacted by ICBC. Our car was a write off. Did not have to wait in line. They had already packed up all the contents on our car. They even offered to help us carry the contents to our other car. The whole process went very smoothly.

In these troubling circumstances we have all been put to the test. How refreshing it was to be greeted today by the kindest woman at Reception for this facility of ICBC. I was thinking of her and how I was treated long after I had left. I dont think there are enough people like you! Thank you to whomever you are working at Reception because you made my day with your softspoken kindness.

I'm so greatful for how understanding and helpful they were, how above and beyond they went and how positive and professional they were! Thanks for such a great experience-- Also there was no line at all when I went.
