Great variety of clothes and kitchen items. I've never left there disappointed. Prices are great and No Tax! I love the sale and discount days. Change rooms are clean as is the overall store. Staff is very friendly. Been overcharged a couple of times when there's two people working together. No refunds either! Counter is conducive to this as they are too close together. Cashier doesn't remember if they've wrung an item in so they do it twice. Too much confusion. You can't watch them ring you in and load your items at the same time. Should have only 1 person doing the whole process even if it is busy. People will wait. At other stores the bagger is purposely away from the cashier so this doesn't happen.

Always extremely organized and clean. Love that they sort everything by size and by colour as well, makes the experience of looking through all of the clothing that much easier! They always have a great selection too and very fair pricing. One of my favourite locations to thrift in the city!

Would you pay over 100 dollars for an old broken buffet? How about 60 for a coffee table stuck in the eighties? Do you generally like being priced gouged while thrift shopping? Well you're in luck cause you just found the perfect spot.I've been to different Goodwill stores but this place takes the cake. Save yourself some money and check out any of the other thrift stores in the area.I thrift shop for fun and don't mind paying a fair price for an item but I couldn't imagine trying to budget / save money and having places like this prevent you from having any semblance of propriety.Crooked.

There is absolutely no structure or organization for the infant and kids clothes/section. All sizes and genders are mixed in together. Sweaters, pants, all types of shirts are also all mixed in together. It was so frustrating I left.

Like any resale shop, stock varies. Usually, when I get lucky here, it's a decent amount of stuff. The staff gets the job done, but I tend not to need any assistance besides the boutique items. I don't fault them for this, I doubt it's a thankful job and the regular clientele must be draining. It is organized and you can tell they pay regular attention to upkeep.

I go to this one often because it's got a huge selection and I find items here I wouldn't expect like full maniquin body's,odd ornaments and sometimes trippy furniture. They also have a pretty big book selection here, bottom line chekc this place out I never leave empty handed

The store is generally good with pricing and items.Problem arises with the policy of not taking off the cart or clothing rack. The staff will wheel it around for 5-10 minutes and 8 people will see it and chaos will ensue. Staff will tell someone they can’t touch the rack or the cart and moments later someone is taking off the rack or the cart. Does this rule apply to only certain demographics? Please don’t use Covid as an excuse since this policy has been off and on again since before Covid, during the height of Covid and currently. There is no consistency.Solutions I can offer: put signs on the racks and carts that say DO NOT SHOP OFF CART or have staff wheel a cart out, let the vultures pick, they can go get another one and then work on the other. Doesn’t seem like the staff are too fond of being followed by multiple customers at a time and it isn’t there job to police customers and deescalate fights... or maybe it is?

Horrible service and lack of customer care make this one of the store I no longer shop at.The staff and cashier's are always miserable and full of attitude and if you want to see something in the jewelry cabinet good luck. The prices are also very outrageous here like value village and whoever the jewelry appraisers is should maybe find a new calling. Lots of fake gold items marked at beyond real gold prices.Thrift means thrifty as in good deals, high prices won't keep you in business long, good customer service will keep you going forever
