I don’t typically review but I’venever had such a poor job done. First time and never again. Nails looked juvenile and nothing like the photo I showed the technician. French manicure tips took up half the nail and the design I wanted was so so simple but could not be delivered. Maybe for plain nails they are ok but design I would not recommend

I only visit when I’m in town to see my sister, but we’re always sure to book in to have our nails done here. They’re lovely, accommodating and REALLY talented!!

Lisa is amazing, she is the only one that takes care of my ingrown toenails, and then my toes look beautiful!!

I have been going to Sapphire since it was first opened. Very professional and nice work. Today I took my daughter for waxing and Liza was so gentle with her!

I love everything about this place, which it deems for a first review from me. The first time I came was with my friend and Lisa did an amazing job making us laugh and being very attentive. I had a request in terms of doing different designs and details, and she was amazing at looking at the picture and doing it perfect. I went in yesterday for a refill and pedicure, and she fit me in right away. I did have to wait longer than normal, but I didn't mind because my nails turned out perfect. I love Lisa and even booked my next appointment. She even showed me all her new samples and even showed me all the crazy new designs she got :D

Lisa and her team are amazing! I always have great experiences and they are so accommodating. The massage chairs are a bonus! I usually get their pedicures, manicures and/or waxing services. Lisa did my nails today and she is so talented. Would highly recommend coming here.

I had never been here before and made a call to Lisa. She went out of her way to make time for my long overdue pedicure. My feet spend 9 hours a day in workbooks and after visiting Lisa you would never know. Her service was fantastic, fun and she made it feel special. Her price is fair and she did exactly what I asked for. This will now be my go to place. Thank you Lisa!

This place is a hidden gem . They are small and intimate which means not noisy or busy like other salons . They have the doors open in the summer so you can have some fresh air . Furthermore they have the largest colour selection I have ever seen with so many unique options . They will for sure see me again .

STAY AWAY from this place if you value your time, money and sanity!First photo is 2 weeks growth (didn’t look much better the day I got them done), and second photo is another instance as soon as I got home from the appointment.They don’t cut back cuticles, just use the machine to be lazy and rush you out, then use oil to cover up sloppy work before sending you home.They don’t even know what an apex is, no part of these nails should be the way they made them to look! It’ll take me over a month of pain before I’ll be able to have my nail bed back to normal!Whenever I tried to bring up an issue or explain something I didn’t like, I was either dismissed or argued with.No part of these appointments were anywhere near pleasant.P.S. - don’t count on this place to be clean, either!!
