Gerald is very pleasant to work with and keeps record of everything-super organized and helpful to us as building owners to keep track!We use him for annual inspections and weekly check ins for treatment of pests. He has treated for bedbugs, roaches, mice and carpenter/feral ants.When we were replacing the siding on one of our buildings the contractors noticed we had a huge carpenter ant problem and Gerald came right away without an appointment and treated the siding of the building immediately so they could continue the job.Amazing service!

We had pigeons nesting underneath solar panels on our roof since July and were having trouble finding people to help including the government. Gerald cleaned our roof and installed bird barrier on the panels. He was very efficient, and price was reasonable. We are happy customers!
