First Rate Service.... Professional and Friendly.I was driving from Anchorage, AK to Santa Fe, NM with my 28' Vibe Travel Trailer. Pulled into Dawson with several electrical problems from the road. The crew at Boes worked on my trailer the same day and quickly identified and resolved the problems. Charged were very reasonable. As I driving away, one of the staff noticed that my left brake light and turn signal were inoperable. Someone came over to the RV campground that evening to diagnose the problem. He found a short in the harness and said to bring the trailer back to their shop the next morning. They had the problem resolved in about an hour and a half and had me on my way. Again, the charges were very reasonable.Highly recommend Boes for anyone needing parts or service in the Dawson Creek area.

They were really great. We came in in our way to Alaska and they found time to help us in their busiest season.

This place is appalling! They don’t have a fenced yard and our trailer was broke into TWICE because they had it there for 2 MONTHS supposedly doing repairs and waiting on parts. They wouldn’t do a thing about our trailer being broke into and constantly lied about things. Don’t waste your time taking your trailer there.

I used these guys to take care of a problem one of my customers was having with his 5th wheel that I sold him. Excellent service and communication....would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were walking out the door when we pulled into the parking lot. The owner waved us in and sold us the sewer connection we needed to dump our holding tanks that evening. We went back the next day to get some other stuff for the RV. Great service and reasonable prices.

They have been very accommodating to help us right away with our electrical problem to get us back on the road asap. They also adjusted my equalizer towing system which improved my driving. Cost very reasonable. Very nice people.

We were fortunate to have had someone fix our issue of having problems with the heater as the sail switch was not working correctly, creating the heater to break down. We would have had fixed the problem ourselves, however can not access the sails switch unless the entire heater is taken out. He did fix the problem, quick and efficiently. However we had paid the business to soon their $274.00 dollars, as we trusted he would come back to calk around the outside of the heater vent, as he had stated he would. He did not return to FINISH the job. We had as well realized that he had scratched up the heater door vent on the inside of the trailer, when he took the heater out. Very disappointed with the work as it was not professional in the least.NOT a place to go for business for a professional and completed with pride service.
