Absolutely Amazing! I cannot begin to describe the wonderful service received. I am located in Calgary, and twice in October I had to send gift basket/flowers to family in Kelowna. Both time, the gift basket and flowers were absolutely beautiful. My family's apartment is a little tricky to figure out, and they did such a great job reading my detailed information on just how to get the delivery to them. So impressed. I have attached a picture of the beautiful flowers received. I would tell anyone to go with Burnett's rather than Bloomex, or any of the other big website. Shop Local, Get Local, Support Local!Thanks Burnett's Florists! You have put another smile on another customer!

I ordered a poinsettia arrangement online assuming that the plants would be red. I did not notice that the website description noted that assorted colours were available and was disappointed when white poinsettias were delivered. Called the shop to see if it would be possible to get a replacement. The manager returned my call and a red poinsettia arrangement was sent out at no cost within a day. I specifically chose to order from Burnett's because I knew a faceless high-volume online retailer would not match their customer service.

Amazing service! Ordered some flowers this morning they were delivered 2 hours prior to when they said they would be. Lady on the phone(sorry didn’t get your name) was amazingly helpful!!! Had a block on my card she called said the flowers were still gonna be put together even though payment hadn’t gone through. Got it sorted out. Tried using bloomed before. Never again I recommend Burnetts to everyone!!! Thanks again for the great service !!!

I emailed them a picture of a bouquet that I dreamed of having and Burnett's made my dream come true! My wedding bouquet and boutonniere's turned out exactly what I dreamed of and so beautiful! Their customer service was incredible and helped me out with a last minute phone call the day before my wedding by making the matching boutonniere's and rose petals for my flower girl lol. Gotta love wedding planning! Thank you so much!

Website was very easy to navigate, loved the variety of add-ons to pair with the flowers.I ordered a nice little bundle for my wife for Valentine’s Day far in advance, and with the delivery added in - they arrived promptly while she was at work and it completely made her day. The flowers were beautiful, and had an extremely wonderful aroma to them.I couldn’t of asked for better, thank you for helping me add that extra shine to Valentine’s Day for my wife!Highly recommend.

As a working person, I've had to rush around to get flowers there a few times because of their restrictive business hours, which is a pain. I'm also not a fan of their storefront being a labyrinth of gifts that make you tuck your elbows in to get past, but they do make nice bouquets and the service is friendly. They've given me old flowers in the past with an order, so I make sure to go in person and select fresh ones and then it's okay.
