I can speak to my experience with Coltech and it was really good. Dropped my monitor off on Monday of this week for warranty work and they called me today (thursday) to say it's ready so I picked it up and everything is good. The lady was friendly with me so everyone else complaining must have not been very nice to her. No complaints from me and will use them again no problem at all. Thank you Coltech!!

Yes these reviews are all real and true. Elizabeth is an awful receptionist. We have an email from LG confirming Coltech will be coming in for a warranty visit. We also made sure to submit the model and serial number as well as the bill of sale to LG prior to Coltech coming out to service. We called in on the day of the service schedule and the horrible woman on the phone who had absolutely 0 amount of respect and behaves as if we are doing her a favour, picked up our call and blatantly lied about not having us on schedule for the service day. If you are busy and don’t require our business, just be straightforward and inform the client instead of lying to them. Avoid this business like the plague.

Brutal, 2 guys show up, do a couple tests, tell me all is working fine, until they see pics nothing can be done, even though power offs i cant document and screen bleed was apparent, and the reversed colures only happens periodically. Told me they will deal with the pic issues first, but nothing about my power issues? What a joke. 10 mins in and out.

Elizabeth that calls to schedule a technician is horrible to deal with.She determines what’s warranty before even having someone come out and look.By far the worst company to deal with. Best of luck getting them to warranty anything when they refuse to even show up

Based on my experience with them being employed through Samsung to replace my panel under warranty, I have to say I am very surprised by the overwhelming negative response to the company. Elizabeth was polite and professional. Within the hour of making my ticket with Samsung a week ago today, she called to ask a few essential questions. It took a few more business days than I had been told to source the parts, but a week later, my OLED panel has been replaced, no questions asked.The technician was polite as well. Arrived right on time within the window I was given. Elizabeth called ahead 15 minutes in advance to let me know. The tech needed a hand with unmounting the television, unboxing the the replacement panel, and then remounting the television. In total he took less than an hour.This all begs the question as to why my experience was markedly different from the norm? I can only assume that their operator doesn't put up with the general levels of rudeness that frustrated electronics users can exhibit when something breaks within warranty. It's almost like reciprocal politeness and respect were a novel concept!

Don’t believe the bad reviews. The lady that answers the phone Elizabeth I believe is very knowledgeable and also are the techs that came out, I am so bad with names but a polish gentleman and an Asian gentleman who were very quick and courteous. They explained the situation and even my 2cats came to say hello (which they usually hide). Unfortunately they have no control over the manufacturer and their process. I know all to well because I had my LG OLED C2 2022 brand new shut down on me and it was LG that misinformed Coltech and you can’t fault the little guys from doing everything they can to solve everything. Unfortunately there was no fix but to replace the TV yet LG still pushed Coltech to do more. That’s when I pushed back to the individuals who caused a 7 week headache and stress over a 4000$ tV. These people at Coltech are professional and deal with angered consumers all the time. Please be courteous to the people at Coltech because they will go above and beyond to get your problem solved especially if you work with them and not against them. Give your warranty proceedures and policy feedback to the manufacturers as they are the culprits that stand in the way of resolution between consumer and manufacturer. These guys have been around for a long time and I was at first worried over the reviews but trust me!!! THESE PEOPLE EVERYONE OF THEM THAT I DEALT WITH WERE NOTHING BUT KIND AND QUICK AND INFORMANT AS WELL.

I took this less than 2 year old receiver to this authorized service center for repair. The unit had developed multiple problems, including faulty protection mode, shutting down due to a supposed speaker wire short when there was none at all. The unit didn't have a mark on it when I left it at the shop for repair. When I got the receiver back, I was not given a receipt showing what work had been done. The pictures I have attached show the cosmetic damage done while the unit was in the repair shop. I also have a photo that was taken before I took it in for repair. It looks like some sort of corrosive material had come into contact with the front panel. The finish was bubbling up and peeling in various spots. The technician said it was not his problem that the finish was damaged. I contacted Denon and they said they would investigate this shop. I should have been given a receipt, even though it was an in-warranty repair, and the Denon call center representative sounded appalled by this. He told me I probably would be getting a replacement receiver. A week later, I emailed Denon and they said I should mail the receiver to another service center for further repair and refurbishment!!!! I told them that was completely unacceptable. They have not replied. I am boycotting Denon and I suggest everyone who reads this do the same. Don't trust them! They may just rip you off! I recycled this damaged receiver and purchased a new one from Marantz. I hope they are not as bad as Denon and that I have a reliable unit this time!It has been 3 years since I posted this. I decided not to go with Marantz, as this had the same parent company as Denon. I purchased a Yamaha receiver with a 4 year warranty. So far it's been fine.

I have been extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from this company. Despite multiple attempts to contact them by phone and email, I have consistently been ignored or had my calls disconnected without any explanation. When I was finally able to speak to a representative, they were rude and dismissive, and did not seem to care about my concerns or issues. As a result, I am extremely unhappy with the products and services I have received and do not plan on doing business with this company again in the future.I understand that mistakes can happen and issues can arise, but it is imperative that a company's customer service is able to address those issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. In my experience, this company has failed to do so, and I believe that it is important for other potential customers to be aware of this. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company.This review is specific to Elizabeth as she is the one who has been the root of all known issues to arise with our concerns. She is unprofessional, rude, and unable to understand even the simplest of concerns; it is honestly quite impressive how someone like her became a manager at this location.As a result of Elizabeth's behavior, I am extremely unhappy with the services I have received from this company. It is horrible behavior for a manager, and I cannot believe that someone like her is in a position of leadership at this location. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company specifically with Elizabeth and the overall poor level of customer service I have received. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst technical support I have seen in my life - technician was rude and extremely unapologetic right from the get go. Even though I was not happy with the service support provided, they closed the case and now Samsung says they will charge me for another technician support.All the 1-star reviews here are true and well deserved for this obnoxious company (if at all it is one).
