Great service on a couple of occasions. They didn't carry the items that I wanted for my budgie, so they ordered them for me and called me when they arrived. Very friendly and helpful sales person! Recommend.

This place had so many options for me it was dazzling. The staff are friendly and helped me find what I needed quickly. The entrance is level so it would be fine for wheelchairs. They seem to be adhering to Covid protocols well.

We are trying to find the best kibble and get to the bottom of itch issues with our 10 week old puppy. Marco and his employees are super caring and helpful! So nice to have such a great selection of good quality pet food and products close to our home. Excellent customer service and helpful and knowledgeable staff!

Excellent selection and advice. I feel very luck to have such a terrific store in our neighbourhood. Probably the best selection of unique products in a pet store that I have ever seen. They are even willing to special order something they don't have, but you want.
