I've been a patient of Dr. Hilda Lim for many years and she is by far the best doctor I've had. She never dismisses any concerns of mine and takes the time to explain whenever I have a question. I never felt rushed during any of my appointments and she is thorough, caring and understanding. I'm so grateful to have her as my family doctor.

The office staff are polite and very efficient. There is often a wait. The wait is worth it. The doctors are caring about your health.

dr hilda lim is very good but the receptionists have always 100% been rude for several years. they always sound and look very miserable and often argue with you on the phone and even hang up on you after passive aggressively saying thank you before you’re even done with all your questions. the front desk is really awful, they’ve even made me cry before on a bad day. never once in half a decade have i ever had a decent experience at the front desk
