Evergreen Heights Christian Fellowship and Childcare Centre

Not a perfect community but an authentic one. Been journeying with this church for almost 20 yrs and would highly recommend this church as a place to find a family of support and teaching that challenges you to get to know Jesus and live out His love.

A wonderful Christ centered church that is warm and welcoming (no matter how you look). I have been going there for about 1/3 of my life, I am a little different from most people and like to show that through my look, they never judge me for that. Come as and who you are.

Evergreen heights is a very friendly place to connect with God!! You come in and are welcomed and greeted at the door. There's coffee if you like and amazing Sunday school classes for different ages. My children have a blast going. Everyone is so friendly and caring. It's a great church to come to!!

A great Christ centered church

We, an older retired couple, came from a conservative evangelical church. We had been there for about 38 years. We were nervous about stepping into new waters. Nervous for no real reason and sure within ourselves we needed people in our new community! We were welcomed by many from varying age groups and family dynamics.We have been at Evergreen for a year and are so happy with its values. Don’t worry if you are from a different denomination! You’ll feel comfortable. Don’t agonize how to dress. You’ll feel comfortable in your jeans and shirt or pullover; in suits and ties, slacks, capris, a skirt or dress. Don’t worry about your kids. There are programs and child care with appropriate teacher student ratios.This is a church filled with people who are seeking after God. Many have entrusted their hearts to salvation through Christ and many are at a different place in their faith walk.Please join us. Warm and inviting with great teaching.

Evergreen has changed my life in so many ways! We struggled to find a church that preached acceptance over judgement, and we found that at Evergreen. We are confident our children will grow up knowing that the number one rule of Jesus's teachings was love for others above all else. Evergreen is welcoming, the church volunteers and staff are amazing, kind, friendly, and become like extended family. The pastoral team explains the gospel and teachings in a way that can be easily understood. My kids have learned so much from Sunday school. The worship teams are great and we love singing praises along with them every Sunday.

I enjoyed the service. The pastor was well spoken and delivered a good sermon. The worship part was also good. I believe I will be returning.
