Really amazing service I was treated like royalty while at the store:) not pushy either and they knew which items are good deals and don’t force you to buy the more expensive items. Got some nice jeans

I've been here a few times now and the staff have been very helpful, the clothes fit great and the prices are very good. Quality has held up nicely too. I new favorite spot to shop for me.

I came to DKNY with my mother as we had to buy some things for an upcoming trip. The service we received was truly outstanding. Victor and Cheyenne went out of their way to provide many options for both my mother and I. They knew about fits, silhouettes and trends and made our shopping trip both easy and enjoyable.These days you don’t see young people going out of their way to make a connection with the older generations however these two fabulous employees made us feel like regulars. Unlike the other high end labels, this particular store gives u a vibe of personal shopping. The staff here was very helpful and supports u in all possible ways.I had one of the best experiences so far, and ended up making a big purchase having no intentions to shop upon entering the store. And note I didn't regret my purchase.So overall it's very nice store to visit.

Don’t normally write reviews for clothing stores however, Suit pants ripped after a few weeks. Manager & staff were very unhelpful, argumentative, and unapologetic. Expected better quality and customer service from a company such as this. Will not be shopping here again any time soon. Very disappointed.01/2018 Second pair of pants ripped in the exact same spot avoid the store at all cost

The manager that was working on 1/9/2022 was beyond disrespectful and what can only be described as useless! a medium height, brown hair and brown eyed, light skin, woman.A call was made on 1/8/2021 and the person working that night said that the item I was inquiring about would be put on hold, for pick up the following day.Once at the store, the manager not only said noting was on hold, but did not even offer for a solution or help with what we were there for.For a management role, they have placed an individual with the least skills of any human interaction let alone management.

I used to love this store when Rosie was working here, and a few other employees who knew me would work here.Now I don’t feel very good about coming in here because of the woman who mans the door, barks orders at customers (me) and who does not provide a relaxing shopping experience.
