The cost for winter storage is good and the staff is friendly and that's where my one-star ends. I was left unsatisfied with Wheelsport my bike was returned to me after being stored there for winter, with a half tank of gas not washed and with a dead battery. Not all of the service requests were fulfilled ( I requested to have a taillight installed that I ordered) the light was still in the box with the old one still on the bike. Other than cost for winter storage I can't recommend the business to anyone .

Amazing experience at Wheelsport today.From buying the bike to getting the proper gear for riding.Michelle was amazing to deal with and very easy to communicate with during the financing process. Maddison is very educated for proper gear and fitment. She will make sure you’re comfortable and have the best gear for what you’re doing. Everyone is kind and easy to speak to. I highly recommend Wheelsport for any bike needs!

My son just purchased a 2023 KTM 250XCF yesterday. Danny in sales was amazing to deal with and made the process really easy. Ben went over the bike in great detail showing my son everything he needed to know. The staff made sure he had all extra maintenance items prior to leaving. In early 2023 I bought a brand new 790 Duke and rode it for around 3900km until I ran into an issue regarding the software. I already had an appointment booked with them, so I was at about 4200-4400km by the time I brought the bike. The bike went in the shop for a total of 3 and a half weeks and KTM themselves were helping figure out the issue. KTM had fixed the issue with wheels sport around week 3 I then rode about 100km and the issue came back so I brought it back and the service manager really help by putting pressure on KTM to either fix it or get me a new bike a couple of days later they had a bike for me with all my aftermarket parts handed back to me the same day. Big thank you to the service manager for not brushing me off, keeping pressure on the KTM rep to get things done, and helping get a bike back on the road. During this journey, Wheelsport kept me posted on how things were going and kept working around the clock to get me back on the road.

I recently bought a new Gasgas EC300 from Jim. The sales process was fair and honest. The delivery was excellent, I got instructions on the use of this new bike (my first two stroke since a very long...time) and even got a hand to help push the bike in the trailer. Excellent service, thank you!

These guys are amazing! I needed a short notice safety on my 2003 Kawasaki volcan classic bike and they took me in right away. When I got there it was a very welcoming experience and very professional! Would recommend them to anyone who needs work done or even looking to buy a bike they have a great selection of New and Used bikes.Thanks again! I will definitely be back if I need any work done!

Wheelsport took my MT-09 SP in for a safety and was extremely fast with their turnaround!I was able to wait around and it only took them about 20 minutes. Luckily they had a cancellation today and I was able to get there in time.They also noticed my licence plate / tail tidy was loose and fixed it for me at no cost.Bought my first bike here and it’s always a pleasure doing business with them.Buddy of mine got a power commander installed here and I will be doing the same shortly.Highly recommended.

Bought my 2023 KTM XC-W 250 from wheelsport I dealt with Curtis who gave exceptional service and went out of his way to make sure all my questions where answered and he also made the buying process extremely easy couldn't be any happier. Highly recommend if you need a machine to consider wheelsport as your place to shop.

Nice family owned business. Ran into a little miscommunication between their parts and service departments ref some mirrors for my bike. Caused a slight delay.Owner was willing to sit with me personally and hear me out IOT discuss the issue as he actually cared and wanted to better his shop. Took full accountability.Service manager was professional and helped resolve the issue. I left feeling valued as a customer and will give the shop another go.

I would like to thank Jim and Ben for a great experience on the purchase of my new GAS GAS Ex300 enduro bike. The price point was excellent, staff is friendly and knowledgeable.They have easy terms to get you riding on your motorcycle.
