Would NOT recommend this shop for SGI vehicle safety inspections!Advocates for new business in the community we thought to try this shop with high hopes, but it turned into a lesson learned the hard way over a period of months. Yup, months!Our issues were with the owner/operator to which I’d highly recommend a class on customer/client management! Professionalism is a joke here.Communication was the issue here for all parties, but threatening future business in only my second visit of MANY over a conversation I was not apart of set the tone for the rest of this terrible experience. His lack of transparency and “well I don’t know” drove me to visit almost every other shop in Melfort. At least they were paid well for the transparency!Finally, after holding my tongue on so many other issues here all summer long, it came down to being told by this guy that he knew I was not addressing ghost codes, which only HIS shop machine was finding and nobody else’s. Thats when I was set OFF. He refused to set me in any helpful direction, or demonstrate a 5-min code reading example with his device at my request, and chose to argue with me instead. In the final moments of our last interaction, I apologized for my choice words because that’s not who I am, but this guy did not take a beat and own up to his own sh-it behaviour! Was expected at this point.Thank you to Melfort Autobody, Minute Muffler, and Rob at Oil Can Alley for doing everything this guy could not!!!! 10/10 they will have our future business. :)
