I've been buying windsports gear from KiteSource for a while now, and Jeff has been consistently helpful and very responsive. That alone counts for a lot, but the prices are also very competitive. They ship from Canada, and the shipping is fast, and for many orders, free.

Super impressed with Jeff at Kitesource Calgary. He took the time to really help me with setting up a wing foil kit. Being new at this sport he was very helpful in giving me direction on what products to go with and what would be the best setup. I would highly recommend using Kitesource and talking to Jeff.

Not just for kiters!As a competitive open ocean outrigger canoe paddler I needed a new drysuit to keep up with winter training, and I found it at Kitesource! I received my Ocean Rodeo Ignite drysuit a couple of days ago and Mother Nature cooperated in giving me a chance to put it to the test a couple days later!I purchased the drysuit online and Jeff was super easy and pleasant to deal with and kept me informed through the whole process from ordering to shipping to delivery. Jeff( Kitesource) is very knowledgeable regarding wind sports and has been so helpful with easily getting a Wingfoil set up. Looking forward to lessons that he offers to move forward on this! Highly recommend Kitesource as a fantastic Canadian source for wind sport knowledge and excellent equipment at very reasonable pricing.

I needed some advice on kite gear (a few times) and Jeff promptly replied with information and had hardware ready for me if needed. Once Jeff drove out of his way to my launch spot and threw the gear in my car while I was out on a session trusting me with payment later- P2car!

Just to preface this statement, I generally don't leave reviews; however, the quality of this transaction merits one.Despite the unavoidable disruptions of COVID, Jeff went above and beyond in service and professionalism. Jeff not only provided many timely updates on the status of the various pieces of equipment ordered, but would also call and chat despite his frantic schedule. Jeff's breadth of knowledge and demeanour made choosing my wingfoil setup truly a breeze.This has been by far one of the most pleasant transactions I've had measured by any facet. This small shop keeps it personable but had plenty of automation in place to get my order to me seamlessly. Tracking was great. And board and wing arrived on my doorstep just a couple of days after placing order. More than anything though Jeff is a foil boarder with extensive kite and wing experience himself so he answered questions and helped confirm my decisions on board volume etc. I would not hesitate to recommend him to novices and pros alike. I like the way he does business and the way he treated me as a customer. Highly recommend.
