Coper's Towing & Flatbed Service

I have used Copers towing multiple times for their flatbed services. Matt has organized towing quickly and is flexible and helpful. The driver Brock communicates updates with me and works hard long hours to ensure his job is done. I would 100% recommend Copers towing as a trustworthy company

Jordan was amazing he helped me with my car he went above and beyond, told me to two different mechanic shops and stayed with me to ensure that everything was okay before he left. Amazing job would recommend five stars

Called CAA had a professional on site before the caa time frame. Helped ensure we were safe and the car was safely towed. Excellent service. Pumped up my spare tire which I totally never thought about checking as well when placing it on.

I called CAA this morning to get my car towed to the dealer. Was told it would be about 90 minutes but they arrived in 30. Trevor was the driver and he listened while I explained the problem, explained what he would do to help and then went about his job very professionally. He was gone within 15 min of arriving. I would strongly recommend both Coper's and Trevor. They're excellent!

The day before Christmas Eve we had a snowfall and there was blowing snow out my area. I got stuck on the road (not the ditch) due to the blowing snow and was informed that it would be $200 to come and get me out. It took some time for the driver to arrive. I was rescued. However, immediately got stuck in the same area again and to my surprise, the additional 3 mins of labour to pull me out again was an extra $150, not to mention a surprise $52.50 fuel surcharge no one informed me of when I called in. The driver was right behind me to follow me to get my wallet. Odd, they are only 18KM away! it costs them 37liters @$1.40/l to go 18KM? A taxi charges less!. All in all to get unstuck 150 feet from my front door I was charged $454.33 taxes in . I can only imagine what the bill would have been if it was not the Christmas special! Not impressed. Stay clear as they have no issues gouging those in need. I was only informed of the additional $150 charge AFTER I got to my place and went in to get my wallet. I was taken advantage of in my hour of need and that's despicable. I will say the driver was polite. However, I would never recommend this organization to anyone.google maps says the trip was 16 mins plus the 5 mins of winching.... I can't justify $450+ for 20 mins of work!

Brock from Coper’s dispatched to flatbed my vehicle to dealership this afternoon. This young man was professional, polite and calm. Thank you so much for the quick and skillful service and I really appreciated the texts letting me know you’d received the dispatch and the TWO ETAs. You turned an unpleasant experience into a not so unpleasant one. Great job and thank you soooo much!

Had my car that had been sitting for a couple years towed to my mechanic by Copers. The driver was James and he was amazing! He was quick and super great at his job! Super friendly too! Just a great driver!

My friends car broke down as he was pulling into my driveway blocking half the street. Called CAA and they dispatched Coper's Towing. I live in Paris so expected a wait. They were here in 12 minutes!!!!! The operator figured out how to get the car into neutral and with my and my friend's sons help (he's 5) we were able to position the car to be loaded onto the flatbed. But here's the best part. The operator noticed my friend's sons extreme interest in the operation of the flatbed. Once hooked he invited the boy to the side of the flatbed and showed him how to operate the flatbed and the boy proceeded to load his Dad's car! Needless to say, I have never seen that little boy smile so much! He was pretty proud of himself! Not to mention that so far, this is probably one of the best days of his life! So yes, when you have employees like this, a person who actually is aware of what's going on around him and responds to it to make what was a bad situation, the best experience one could have, why wouldn't you use this company. Thanks!
