Glad I finally got to check it out. For our first time, we ordered too much, but it was very worth it. The beef burger was juicy and enjoyable but the chicken was absurdly good! Gigantic, tasty, and not overly battered. Poutine was really good too. When they say large, they MEAN large. The strawberry shake was delicious too.Looking forward to coming back and trying out the smoked meat.

Very seasoned burger, more of a charbroiled patty than a smashed patty. Fries were excellent as well. Quite pricey for a double burger - 20 dollars all in for a combo with fries. Great quality meat, overall a decent spot in this end of town! Will comeback to the more of their items and their soft serve.

Went here because of the reviews. Got smoked meat sandwich and paid for a pickle. The meat itself was bad, a lot of it. I'd rather have twice less of meat but decent quality. This one was not tasty, with lots of fat. I didn't enjoy it to say the least. Pickle was ok

Great community minded store. Always giving back to those in need and making the kids happy with free ice cream. Their fundraisers for Michael Garron Hospital are legendary. Great food that reminds me of the traditional hamburger places of my youth. In our experience, everything has always been fresh and hot and tasty, burgers, smoked meat, fries, rings... of course the ice cream is cold, which is great on a hot day. The friendly staff are fast and courteous. The cheerful lineups don't lie. This place is worth a visit.

This was good, but it is a bit expensive. I had a chicken sandwich and they didn't ask me what toppings I wanted. My hubby had the Montreal smoked meat and it was all meat and a tiny bit of mustard and nothing else, it would have been nice if they asked if you wanted lettuce or onion etc on it. The chicken was nicely seasoned though. We did enjoy the food though.

Restaurant is cozy. The smoked meat melted in your mouth. The double fried french fries were amazingly crispy. Loved the pineapple ice cream. The owner [Dave] was very congenial and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Montreal smoked meat on rye with dijon mustard! Home fries and gravy.Food of the Gods. Fresh, made-to-order ingredients make the difference in this small walk-in takeout. The best Smoked meat sandwich I have had since my last trip to Montreal. This is not a chain but a mom-and-pop business. Highly recommend you try the fries with a gravy dip. Beautiful crispy golden brown fries with a meaty interior the way a French fry was meant to be.

Small but very busy place! Had the Beyond Meat burger with fries and it was very good. The fries are double fried for extra crispiness. The seating area is quite small and kind of cramped so it might be better to take out. They have a small take out window which is very convenient!

We are visiting from Alberta and we ordered 3 Beach burgers to go, large fries, a coke and a chocolate shake. Super busy when we went to pick up the order. Shoulder to shoulder at the till. The owner still had the time to be very personable when I picked up my order. All three burgers were delicious. Awesome place, We will be back!
