My experience at Listen Up Canada was amazing. The audiologist was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The hearing test was conducted quickly and accurately. I was fitted and set up with hearing aids and accessories that worked extremely well. Notices were sent to me reminding me of each appointment with a confirmation button. I highly recommend Lusten Up Canada.

The staff were very pleasant. The appointment started promptly as scheduled. Communication of the results of the hearing test was very disappointing, as was discussion of options. Results were dumbed down" and presented to me on a sheet with child-like drawings of objects on the x- and y-axes. The document looked like something one would give to a child

The appointment started on time. Full instructions were given during the testing. Results were immediate with a 'user friendly' explanation. Several options were provided as to what could be done. A call a couple of days past the appointment allowed for any further questions to be explored.Excellent experience.

As a recipient of a Veterans Affairs disability for my hearing, the staff were extremely helpful. They were knowledgeable of the procedures on how to navigate through the VA hoops. When I received my hearing aids the audiologist took a lot of time to make sure I understood how to use them, how to clean and store etc. She even took the time to help me on a couple of occasions when I dropped in without an appointment. A gold star for sure.

The staff at ListenUP were polite, professional, efficient, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Any questions you have are answered with the knowledge you would expect and the patience that will amaze you. This was a wonderful experience for both my husband (hearing aid recipient) and myself. We highly recommend anyone considering a hearing aid to check out ListenUP - they won't be disappointed!!!

AVOID. Terrible customer service. The shop often seems to be closed with no notice, including when I came in from out of town for an appointment (no apology or even an explanation was received).What I did get was a message from 'Karen' who was trying 'to track me down'. I immediately return her call but she then denied calling me. She then claimed I already had an appointment booked to collect hearing aids to which I told her that I didn't believe that I had as they had not examined me. Rather than expend some effort sorting this out on the phone, Karen wanted me to travel in to resolve the issue in person demonstrating that they have no respect for their customers' time.I do not know what role Karen plays but she seems particularly disorganized and lacks customer service skills. I wonder how many customers she has cost this business.
