Purchased the optical snoot with lens and blades. Have already used several times with very good results. I have used other similar types of equipment and none can compare. Also purchased a set of the 12x12 gel pack. The color saturation is true and even. If you are hesitant about purchasing any of the above products as I was, save yourself the stress and buy now. I won't go anywhere else for my photography lighting needs after dealing with these guys.A few months ago I was in desperate need of a last minute replacement for a flash after mine broke. They were the only place in Calgary that had it in stock which was a major butt-saver for me. In store, the employee who was working was excellent and knowledgeable.Recently, I had an issue with the product and reached out to them. They informed me that I can stop in and the faulty part will be replaced in less than an hour, which is a huge relief. Thanks for being the best, definitely earned a customer for life.

Extremely friendly. I ordered an umbrella from them after hours and there was a mistake with my address. They called pretty much as soon as they opened to clarify and the next day it was at my house. The quality seems high as well but for an affordable price.

StrobePro has some great quality gear for your photography needs. My light stand is amazing and I recently bought some wheels to it and it's making my life easier. I'm not getting any younger and wheeling my giant light stand around rather than picking it up is a big difference.

After watching their very informative YouTube videos, i decided to order a couple of Godox strobes and some accessories from Strobepro . The price was great- better than the big Toronto camera stores, and better than Amazon. The items were shipped right away. I would highly recommend them.

Yesterday, I went to their office and talked about issues I’m having with the Godox lights that I used for weddings and headshots. One for having misfires, and two, for the inconsistencies of the exposure I get whenever I fire the strobes.Tracy was so patient in letting me try some settings to avoid these issues and offered to upgrade all the firmware on my strobes - 5x AD600 Pros and 6x AD200 Pros. That’s a ton of time to go through and update individually, which makes this company GREAT! Some will sell you the item with limited to no information on how to use them properly.As busy as he is, Jessie, the owner of Strobepro will always lend an ear and offer some help when needed. I brought in broken light stands several times, and he’s the one who fixes them for you. Not saying that the quality of the light stands aren’t great; I rough them up and use them all the time. Trust me, Strobepro has the best quality light stands and accessories.With all my strobes upgraded to their latest firmware, and the fixed light stands, I can’t recommend the team at Strobepro highly enough. They’re 11 out of 10 on my books. Been a customer since December 2011 and will remain loyal to the company for years to come!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
