We were blown away by the quality of service. We called early afternoon with no hot water, and they had our tank replaced that same evening. The phone assistant was excellent, and Mervin the technician was outstanding--knowledgeable, efficient, careful of our floors,and friendly. This kind of service is rare these days and I won't hesitate to use Mr. Rooter again.

Technician serviced water softener & water treatment appliances. Also completed thorough review and check of all plumbing and electrical services in house. He was prompt, courteous and very thorough in explaining all the processes involved.

The technician, Mervin, was super. He replaced all the copper pipe in our house with pex, working alone in a matter of some seven hours. During his visit he worked diligently & proficiently. He answered all questions posed professionally & pleasantly. His work was neat & he ensured to protect all areas of our home that he accessed. His demeanour was cordial and professional. I thoroughly appreciated his work & I hope that he can return in future, if the need should arise.

Mr. Rooter installed our water softener. We are on a drilled well with hard water so we needed it. Soon after installation we started experiencing grayish water. I changed our particulate filter but continued to have problems. I spoke to Mr Rooter and they sent the installer to check it out. He told me that i would need to change filters more often as rain and melt were causing the dirty water problem. He also asked why i hadn't signed up for their yearly service plan and seemed put out that we hadn't. I felt a drilled well should not be affected by day to day surface water changes and we had not had the problem before the water softener install. His idea of changing filters every week was clearly not right. He even left a couple of filters which didn't work in our canister. My own trouble shooting determined that the problem was the existing carbon valve was putting carbon dust into the water. It started malfunctioning after the water softener install. I turned it off and the water was excellent. I left a message with Mr rooter as to what I'd found and also let them know the water filters he left were not compatible with our canister. I never heard back from them. I can't recommend them.

Great job and a fair price! Their plumber, Damien, replaced my hot water tank and did a great job and helped clean up past plumbing. I had thought about doing the replacement myself to save a few dollars (not overly complex job) but chose to just have it done. Honestly for the price I paid i found it well worth it.

I needed a plumber for a leak on my in floor heating. Locals couldn’t come they were to busy. My technician came in about a half an hour. I was happy to see it was a tech I worked with before. He was super friendly and professional. He did some troubleshooting and found the problem. He gave us his estimate and we agreed. Our tech was like someone you knew your whole life. He did an excellent job and noticed that our hot water tank was dangerously close to needing a replacement and alerted us to it. I’m very happy with the service I received that day. We woke up with no water. Called 6:30 am and was surprised I actually spoke to a human being. She sent a request dispatch call to our local office. Got a return call back from the office 7:45 and by 8:30 we had someone at our home. We were very pleased with the professional work. Our issue was with the well pump.

Technician Mervin Finlay immediately knew the issue with our leaking water heater. He promptly replaced the parts and explained what he was doing as well as preventive maintenance we can do. We signed on for the yearly membership because with technicians like Mervin we are confident in the assistance we will receive!

Professional plumber arrived at the scheduled time and diagnosed the problem. Communicated throughout the appointment and corrected the problem and worked on any issues during the same appointment. He was extremely professional and I am impressed with his work. I would recommend this company based on this experience.
