I am here visiting my daughter. The street parking around here is atrocious. I was parking in the underground visitor parking. Apparently you are only allowed to park there twice a week. Which is ridiculous. I was towed. Fair warning to others about this place!!! Not impressed and won't be recommending to anyone about it.

Lived here since 2009. Since resident manager John Higgman came on board, continuous improvements have been noted. The place is much less college dorm and much more friendly and prideful community now which is how it should be.

Nothing special, nothing terrible. A large apartment complex that's occupied by a lot of young families and college students. The pool area gets really busy in the summer.

Inspected an unit at the Verve today no real issues found. Informed my client of the issues that I found and maintenance issues that he should. Also pointed out the good things that were present at the property.

I live here. It's busy and can feel a bit crowded getting in and out but the suites are well laid out and the lobbies are kept clean.

'Relative' to other places in Kelowna, prices for 2 bed plus den units are still fairly sensible. Under $400k. Well maintained site with pool and beach volleyball and underground parking.

I've just seen a rental ad for a unit here, posted by a very self-righteous, greedy landlord who was also patting himself on the back with tenant testimonials". The rent was listed unrealistically high and the ad contradicts itself numerous times. Are folks renting in these suites being swindled THAT horrendously? I sincerely hope he never gets a tenant for that overpriced apartment."

Some buildings are better than others but for the most part there isn't a lot of desterbances. And my apartment has fairly good sound barrier as I haven't heard my neighbors once. The grounds are kept nice. I think the keepers come once a week but I'm not sure. There is a pool for the spring and summer. It's nice but I wouldn't say that it's crystal clear lol. Hit the thumbs up if my review was helpful.
