Express Appliance Repair

Called Express Appliance and they had a technician in the same night! He did a great job and charged exactly what I was quoted. Highly recommend this company!!

My father’s fridge, dishwasher AND washing machine had quit. Express sent a fellow out that repaired the washing machine expertly, didn’t have the exact part for the fridge but showed Dad how to fix the fridge on his own, and recommended a new dishwasher as parts would be too expensive (rather than simply fixing the machine and then charging him). Please use this company with confidence!

Very poor communication.The assessment for our refrigerator was $100 which we paid for. However, the technician came back with the parts and identified that the assessed part was not the faulty one and that the part that's now identified as not working isn't available anymore.We messaged back to ask if we could have our money back due to a wrong assessment and the call/text would not be returned anymore.This really fits a good scam.Beware. Would never recommend.

I called this company mid October 2021 to arrange for a technician to come check out my Whirlpool fridge. It’s freezing everything I put in the fridge. Oct 25 the technician showed up and after an hour told me the temperature control wasn’t working (I kinda already knew that right?) and that he’d go into the office and have the part ordered.Given the supply shortages due to Covid I was very patient however it’s now mid December and I haven’t seen or heard from anyone so I call just to check on the status. I was told that yes he parts were there and they’d be happy to send the technician out. December 17 the technician shows up and can’t fix the fridge because one one the parts is the wrong part but that’s okay because he knows the right part is at the warehouse and he’ll be back before Christmas.It’s now February so again I call to ask whether or not they plan on fixing my fridge (I think I’ve been extremely patient). I was told to expect the technician the following Wednesday and that she’d call me Tuesday to let me know what time to expect the technician. Here I sit two weeks later.....no phone call, no technician. My patience is DONE! This has got to be the absolute worst company still in business!I can’t complain about the service because THERE ISN’T ANY!,,,,,

I had an excellent experience with Express Appliance Repair. I had an issue with our fridge leaking water and they were able to come out next day to have it repaired. The repairman was very respectful and took time to explain what the issue was. I would definitely recommend Express Appliance Repair to my friends and family.

They sent someone to my home who barley spoke English which is fine. What's not fine is charging 100 for a diagnostic fee that they ensure will be refunded as soon as you go through with the repair, and than the next day saying sorry we can not get the part. Now they won't return my calls. Super dodgy company do not do business with them. I feel totally scammed.

The Technician who came told me it would take 5 - 15 minutes to fix the problem. He took over an hour just to tell me he couldn’t fix it & the washing machine needed a new Senor Motor.He charged me $100.00 just for checking what the problem was.I asked him how much it would cost he didn’t know. How much to fix it, between $300.00 - $400.00 dollars. Ridiculous.I googled the part, it’s cost around $50.00.My son got it for me, went on YouTube found a video. It took him 10 minutes to fix it.Save myself money. I won’t be recommending this company to anyone.

I submitted a request online over the weekend and got a response back that evening, then when I called to book a time they were even able to come the same day! The technician was quick, professional, and very clear on what was wrong and the steps needed to fix it. He was gone and back with the necessary part in no time, I barely had time to move things around for him.

Our dryer wasn’t working, so we call Express Appliance Repair and got it repaired next day! Ravil was very professional and efficient! Highly recommended!
