It's not been the easiest thing to obtain PC components during this pandemic, but PC-Canada have been incredibly helpful in assisting me in this endeavour. Veronica has been so quick in responding to my questions and helping me re-order items if others are not stocked.Whilst piecing together this PC, I've dealt with most of the major component suppliers in Canada and I can safely say that I have had the best experience with PC-Canada. Stock has not been great, but that's a universal issue. Thank you for all your help and quick response and delivery times!

They are fast with good prices …But terrible return policy !

Ordered online and received my order the next day. Well packed and great value. Highly recommended.

Good delivery time. Any questions were answered clearly and within reasonable time-frame.

Bought an expensive camera. Returned it while still Under warranty and they refuse to take it back. I do not recommend this distributor. All other companies take products back without any issues.

Beware of PcCanada. When you order an item which says available and in stock, you expect it to be stock. They will happily take the order, and then shoot you an email saying your item is in backorder. Their customer care representative are not even apologetic about the situation. Horrible experience. No remedy.

I had a very poor experience returning a Western Digital hard drive that was improperly packaged. It is a common knowledge that a computer hard drive is delicate. When I received the hard drive, I found it on the stone walkway in a lightly padded envelope. Inside the envelope, I found the hard drive in a static-free bag without any shock protection. I emailed PC-Canada with a photo to show the improper packaging. It took five business days just to get the return approval. Since there was no fault of my own, I requested for a prompt refund credit. Then I was told that it would take two to three weeks to process a refund credit. When no refund credit came after three weeks. Then I was told that it would take three to four weeks to get a refund credit. Taking so long to process a refund credit is unreasonable and simply unacceptable. Considering unreasonable return and refund processes, I would not recommend buying from PC-Canada. At the end, I contacted the dispute department of the VISA and got a refund in two business days.

First time shopping here online. Excellent price for item ordered and it arrived next day. No complaints whatsoever and will not hesitate to shop here again.

Deceptive pricing in my opinion. A $50 printer ballooned to $70 once shipping AND handling (2 separate items) were put in. What is this? A K-tel order from the 1970's? I bought it from Costco instead. $20 more but no-hassle returns and extra 1 yr of warranty. Worth it, IMHO.

Bought the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme SLC8540INC. It is an amazing machine. Service was very Knowledgeable and polite when asking technical questions. I was in a rush and was able to pick up computer next day. Thank you Pc Canada and thank you Cyberpower.
