Floortrends

Have been looking for new flooring for a while for my kitchen/family room and hall with little success. Found you online and the reviews were so good decided to visit your Belleville store. We found Mike and the team very friendly and helpful and good material choices. Will call next year again for the second half of the project.

I am totally impressed with Floortrends. They have a hugs selection of products to choose from and are very accommodating. I was replacing carpet from a Christmas flood so it was a mess. Patrick was quick to respond to all of my questions, and he had excellent suggestions. Patrick was so easy to work with and made the installation happen with my schedule. The installers were fast, efficient and very friendly. Totally impressed!

Fantastic service from all personnel. I had my upstairs all done with hardwood and my stairs carpeted. Courtney was my sales person. She was knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. She really helped me make decisions that I am very happy with. Everything occurred when it was supposed to. She communicated all updates on a regular basis via emails and phone calls. Courtney was always available to answer my many questions and keep me updated. Delivery personnel and installers were amazing. My hardwood was installed In three days and looks fabulous. Mark was the installer. I would highly recommend floor trends to others.

Scott and I went to Floor Trends looking for new flooring for our country kitchen and entrance. We had stopped at two other flooring dealerships prior to this stop. We were totally confused and disappointed with our previous stops. When we arrived at Floor Trends, we were greeted with an amazing receptionist who made us feel good and happy again. She directed us to Mike, who also gave us an uplifting greeting and firm handshake. He proceeded to question us on what we had in mind and began throwing samples on the floor in front of us to see what caught our eye. He immediately put my favourite in front of us and insisted on getting yet another choice out for our viewing. We were amazed to find out they were both on sale until year end. Mike set up an appointment time and date at our home to visit and we got to bring samples with us to see which one was going to be the best colour. To my amazement, the second one worked out best. We ordered, made a down payment and waited anxiously for the product to arrive at the warehouse, where we set a installment date. It is now in our house, and I love it! New to doing any renovations... Mike at Floor Trends made deciding what flooring to use, matching different flooring and installation a breeze! Their work crew were top notch. Old flooring gone in a flash, new flooring installation, I could not be happier... Always a great feeling when you realize you made the right decision!

The selection, price and service was great. I had looked around a bit and found a similar product at just over half what I thought I’d have to pay, with good service steering me to the underlay and product suitable for my job. Plus, I was encouraged to DIY the installation and it turned out great!

Yesterday we visited Floortrends in Belleville for the first time. From the moment we entered the store we received excellent attention and service. We were looking for an area rug and found a good selection in store. We were given space to look and compare without feeling any pressure. Midge helped us narrow down which one was the best colour match and she measured the rug so we would have the exact size. As we were not sure the size would fit our space Midge found out what the next sizewas in case we weren't happy with it when we got home. Floortrends was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A nice spacious showroom with lots of choice was appreciated as we chose a less common kind of flooring. Pat was very friendly and helpful. We felt like Pat used his industry knowledge to enhance our decision making abilities rather than just make a sale. Mark was our installer and did a great job!
