Dahle Family Dentistry at the Ontario Professional Dental Center

Called to try to get in to have a wisdom tooth extracted. They don't accept my insurance so I asked for a quote on cost to get it removed, but because they don't accept my insurance they refuse to take me on as a new client even if I'm paying cash. Makes no sense and is really frustrating considering I have a wisdom tooth that needs to come out right away.

I have been going to Dr. Dahle's office for 9 years now. I trust him completely with my care and my checkbook...he has never tried to upsell or push services. His office is getting busier now and it seems a bit more difficult to get in to see him, specifically. I have had some trepidations about other dentists there. However, I recently took my son in to see Dr. Seer (I think that's how you spell it?) and he was SO kind and patient with my son's anxiety. I truly appreciate all of the staff there and hope Dr. Dahle doesn't get any crazy retirement idea in his head!!

I’d rather swim with sharks than go to a new dentist! While visiting Idaho, I got the first tooth ache I’ve had in - probably fifty years. My terror set in faster than a jack rabbit runs! There was no waiting a week before I’d go home so I took a leap-of-faith and nervously sauntered in to Dahle Family Dentistry. EXCELSIOR!! I’d researched and was pleased with the educational credentials of Dr. Daniel Dahle. And with that first step through the door, I was met with professional, yet friendly staff. My concerns became theirs and the exam and treatment plan was perfect for me and my needs. If I didn’t live in Utah, I’d be changing dentists! Coming from me, that is high praise! Dahle Family Dentistry is the rarified air of the field!! Go see them! You won’t be sorry!

Dr. Dalhe is the best dentist anywhere. He’s been my family’s dentist for 28 years. I remember 7 different dentists and though they didn’t all torture us they were not as good. He runs a professional, capable and compassionate staff and office.

Been going here for over 15 years and refuse to go anywhere else. Dr. Dahle handles his work with finesse and is a trustworthy and dependable dental professional. Highly recommend.

Had my first appointment today. I love an in depth cleaning and Janette didn't disappoint! Happy patient here :)Update: 5 years later and still love them just as much. I work nights and weird days and they are always so accommodating of my weird schedule.

Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. My son was too wiggly for his cleaning so they said he would need to be under anesthesia. We came back for that, and they took him to the room and said I couldn't go in until he was under anesthesia. So I waited, and waited. No one came to get me. I went to the front desk and they said they would come get me soon. This continued a bit longer. Then the hygienist/assistant came out and said the dentist was finishing up and I asked with what? I asked if they took x-rays. She said yes and Dr Dahle was all done. Again I asked with what, and I asked to see him. They told me Dr Dahle was already moving to his next patient. And the anesthesiologist came to talk to me. He told me what to expect with my son coming off the sedative. I take my son home, still hadn't even met Dr Dahle at this point. And I call the office because I wanted to know what they did. I didn't know what happened. They tell me on the phone that they did x-rays and found cavities. And Dr Dahle did not even discuss treatment - OR FIND IT NECESSARY TO MEET THE MOTHER OF THE CHILD IN HIS CHAIR! The clinic manager was apologizing but it was a bit late for that. Completely unacceptable. And they put a bunch of Mercury fillings in my son's mouth. They didn't even tell me he had cavities until I was home and calling their office to find out what they did. My son was 4 years old. Dr Dahle called to apologize and I told him I found it completely unacceptable and disrespectful - I have never been so disrespected as a Mother by anyone. He offered to replace the fillings with white fillings but I would have to pay another $1600.00 for the anesthesiologist. To be honest, it still makes me furious and I wish I had the money to take him to court. A lame apology on the phone is just not enough. No doctor should treat a 4 year old without discussing with the parents. Worst dentist I have ever encountered. And I have to wonder if the fact that my son is black is the reason we were treated this way.

This office was very clean and organized , check in was easy and fast and Dr. Dahle was gentle, friendly, sympathetic and when he wasn't taking anymore Medicaid under 18 patients ( because they really don't get paid anything ,in fact I know they lose out on money) they got my daughter in anyway and made her horrible past experiences ( with valley family) not so traumatizing . Thank you to the office of Dr. Dahle . Probably the best dentist in Ontario for sure.

We love Dahle Family Dentistry! The staff is kind, and the dentistry is exceptional! It’s awesome that there are two Dr. Dahles now (Dr. Eric Dahle and Dr. Daniel Dahle). My kids have enjoyed getting their “toddler check-ups” by Dr. Daniel. I have also had night clenching for several years, and Dahle Family Dentistry made me a dental appliance to help with that. We look forward to continuing our dental care at Dahle Family Dentistry!

Dahle Family Dentistry is friendly and caring. The exam was thorough and my teeth felt awesome afterward! It is fantastic to have Dr. Daniel Dahle at the practice!
