I order online for curbside pickup, well that was the furthest from the truth...they do not do curbside pickup, you must go inside the store to get your order......This is in response to your reply..Then you need to take it up with Wish, I gave a very accurate review. Based on what my experience was..I don't want to go into places if I don't have to.Very sorry that you are being done wrong by Wish...if I would have known it would not have been curbside pick up. I would not have ordered it.

I bought a computer off of this guy's website and promptly get an email saying that the machine is out of stock and refunds my money. Now my funds are tied up for days because this guy doesn't update his website in a timely manner.Update: Upon further reflection, I decided to up my rating to 3 stars. I have had many good experiences with this store, but taking a PayPal payment for a product you don't have requires some sort of penalty.

I'd bought a refurbished laptop here and I lost the brick, so I decided it would be faster to ask the same store if they have more, rather than shopping around. Yes, it's right there in the store, more reliably in stock and for a more reasonable price than any big box stores that no longer specialize in that laptop.He was kind when I arrived and explained that I was too unwell to have brought my laptop (I had brought a picture of my laptop jack, though). He demonstrated plugging the cord into a display model, and offered to text me a link to an extra copy of the receipt. It was the easiest part of my day.

Tl;dr - Do not shop here. No return policy even for defective items.We were sold a charger that does not work with my laptop as we were told it would (it causes a side effect that makes the laptop difficult to use) and they have no return policy.We found a better quality product elsewhere but can't get our money back for the garbage from this place. Buyer beware.

I am very sad to see this wish pick up location is ending soon. It was the most convenient place for me to get to for me. I am disabled and I I found this store easy to get into. The staff is also very kind to me and open the door for me to get in and out of safely. I will miss the the service and staff.
