I have been using West Coast home serices for years at my properties on the North Shore. They have incredible service and Scott, the owner, is always accomadating. I would definately recommend them.

West Coast has worked at our home in the past doing gutters, patio covers, etc. This year we had a lot of work lined up with windows, patio covers, gutters, decks and stairs.Hector showed up ready to work and was fantastic! He worked all day and into the evening to get it all done. An excellent attention to detail. He also took the time to go over the work order with me and we confirmed the work to be done. He was confident he would finish and did so with a smile.I thanked him several times for the excellent work and customer service he provided and told him that it’s not always the case these days. Much appreciated!Also, Scott is always professional and prompt in quoting, replying and organizing the work. Again, a pleasure to deal with. Had my gutters cleaned last week and was very happy with the experience. I was able to get booked in fairly quickly, and they did the job really thorough. This was my first time using West Coast, I will definitely use their services again in the future. Prices were fair and I felt like I got more than what I paid for! Thanks again.

These guys were extremely hard to pin down for an appointment. Then they pulled a no show and didn't answer the phone. Later they emailed me they weren't working because it was raining, and would call to reschedule, which they never did. Very strange company.*I now see that they posted a response that they don't know my account, but in fact Scott called to yell at me after my review, and is very aware of the situation. Very dishonest.

I have been using West Coast for the past few years and again they have done a great job; knowledgeable, pleasant, on time and the work was done efficiently with excellent clean up. My windows are spotless and no more leaky, overflowing gutters. I highly recommend them.

West Coast Home Services came to our rescue when we desperately needed to have gutters and a metal roof cleaned quickly. Work was extremely well done, on time and at the estimated (approved) cost. I would highly recommend this company!

I hired West Coast Home Services to come and fix my leaking gutter; they came and asked them if they tested to make sure it is not leaking anymore. And their response was Yes. Sure enough, the next rainy day, I have noticed a few places still water is dripping hard; I have been trying to reach out to them since then ( more than two weeks). I left voice mails and sent them emails. And they are just not responding.

I have worked with Scott and West Coast Home Services for nearly 10 years and have been very satisfied with work done by his team at both my condo building (4 story strata) and my mother's house in the City of North Vancouver. Price has always been more than competitive for window washing, gutter cleaning and power washing at both locations every spring. The guys have always been on-time, trustworthy and thorough. Scott stops by to make sure the job gets kicked off properly, too. Thanks Scott for always been responsive to texts, emails and phone calls! Special shout-out to Sal who did an especially nice job on my mom's place this year. Thumbs up!
