I have really bad vision, and these are the best glasses I have ever had. I am able to see things so much more clearly and my vision has vastly improved. I highly recommend Great Glasses for anyone with vision problems and for those who just need a good pair of glasses!

These glasses are awesome. They fit well, look great and have a great price. I think they're the best in the market and would recommend them to anyone/everyone!

My daughter went in to look at some glasses because she heard about a 3 for 1 deal that was ongoing at the store. I usually don’t take to google reviews to express my experiences but this has to be known in hopes of preventing anyone else from falling for this scam. My daughter tried on some pairs of glasses for an hour before she landed on something that was OK. At this point the sales associate who was working there was being very pushy to get her to put down a deposit to reserve the glasses, so she did.Right after, she called me to talk about her experience and showed me the glasses that she was considering. Immediately we called the store to ask for a refund or to try and see if there were better fitting frames for my daughter. The sales associate expressed that we can come back to try and find some different frames and if we don’t like anything, they can figure out a way to do the refund. Since the return policy on their website clearly states that a refund is possible as long as the glasses have not gone into production.A week later, we came back to look at some more frames, but we count not find anything that really worked. At this point, we asked if we could have our 400 dollars back, but the sales associate refused. Normally this would not be an issue, but times are tough, as is for everyone and 400 dollars can do a lot for our family. The associates didn’t seem to care, which I get it.. it’s a job at the end of the day. But I don’t see how they could neglect such a large quantity of money just sitting in limbo. Our 400 dollars is still sitting with them, we have no glasses and don’t have our money back. We have tried emailing the owner, but its been a month without a response.Buyers beware.

Although I found the place by accident while going for coffee at Starbucks, I am glad to have come across them as I am always on a budget and have very limited means to pay for much-needed glasses. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a very good job judging my face and what frames of glasses would look the most flattering and they understood my desire to have a pair of tinted glasses for driving to protect my eyesight during daytime as I have light-coloured eyes that need to be protected from the Sun. All in all, I would recommend the Abbotsford store to any of my friends and family.

I have not had as good of an experience as others. The staff are good but my glasses have been back to the shop a couple of times and I still don't have them. I am glad my old glasses are still good enough. I have tried to call the Abbotsford location today and the phone keeps sending me to the Vancouver stores voice mail.

Recently my husband got glass. Great price great quality. Good service. So nice to get 3 pairs especially with progressive lenses. Included the coatings.It is so nice to have choices of which ones to wear Good not be happier. Thank you so much. !!!Marilyn Jim Gardner

Amazing service, CRAZY GOOD PRICES!!I will definitely be going back and telling all my friends & coworkers.With my benefits, I paid $168 for 3 pairs of glasses with all the coatings and one pair turned into prescription sunnies. I highly recommend!

Lots of options and some good discounts too. The staff is friendly and helpful. I shopped around at several other places but Great Glasses had the best price per pair and the best customer service.

Love this store! Great service from Tammy and Jaz. Very professional and fun. They are cheerful and pleasant, kind and attentive even when the store is busy. They don't mind if you want to hold your glasses and think about it before you purchase. There are no high pressure sales tactics either which I appreciate.The staff dealt with a difficult and rude client very professionally while I was there on my third visit. Not many people would have kept their cool when dealing with someone who was so disrespectful. I appreciate their calmness and ability to de-escalate this individual.In choosing a frame, we went through I can't even tell you how many frames to find the right ones. They have so many and a little something for everyone!!! They love having you try on lots to ensure you get what you love.One of my pairs ended up having issues and they were good enough to let me refit my new lenses in another frame.For three pairs of glasses with high index lenses, transitions, and progressives, I paid what my son got for one pair at another store.I highly recommend this store!
