Great service. Service appointment started on time and the work requested was completed in the time allotted. The car was washed when returned. The waiting area was clean and spacious with comfortable seating and coffee/tea at no charge.

Here is my story, Towed in my vw passat, service inspected my car after 2 weeks concluded issue is with fuel pump quoted me 1350..then I said yes, a week later parts came and I got callback saying car still won’t start and engine flooded with fuel need to replace spark plugs and fuel injectors quoted ~3300. Had a debate on how it was wrongly diagnosed” but the counter was fuel pump took out sparks , fuel injectors and ignition coils. Then I let them fix it for 3300..two months after repair I have check engine light on. No clue it’s their repair or something else…

Was the slowest most disorganized dealer that I have ever been to. Took forever to be processed and then I ended up having to rebook an appointment fir 2 days later because they were so behind mid morning.

My overall experience was nor good neither bad Staff was good and friendly. I wanted to give 5 stars but I am deducting 2 stars because they did service of my car and my car working good but my car was showing light malfunction indicator on screen before service and after service on same day It starts to blink again and I dont think if they did good job on that as well as I am not sure even they did good service of my car so I am totally confuse to go to volkswagon st.catherines was good idea or bad.
