Extremely professional company! The electrician was very knowledgeable, thorough, and punctual. The admin staff I was speaking with were very responsive and coordinating and updating the appointment time was very easy. They even sent out an image of who will be coming to do the work so you know who to expect at the door. Excellent service overall!

Terrible company didn't even show up, booked an appointment and had to wait a week for next available technician. 10 minutes before the appointment I was called and told they would be an hour late. Received a second call to cancel my appointment, and they wanted to schedule me another week later. As someone experiencing major electrical problems that's not acceptable.

Very happy with the quick, professional service. The electrician explained everything to me without being patronizing, and walked me through what was necessary and what I might consider in the future. She gave me a quote with taxes in and that's the same cost at the end of the job, even though she had to do a couple of extra things. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but they had a cancellation and were able to come early-- I got a call and text ahead of time so I could be home. Will use again 110%.

100% would reccomend Mr. Electric! Service was outstanding in all areas - phone and technicians. We had 2 techs come to our home - Sarah and Scott (?) And they were wonderful and very professional. Answered our (many) questions and did a very clean, thorough job. We had a minor glitch with a fan install that was quickly fixed with one phone call. The phone service was also friendly, professional and patient. Thank you!!!

Electrician, Sarah Gilliam did a great job installing some light fixtures and did a safety inspection and found issues that my house inspection did not find including a very important issue that needs to be fixed. I highly recommend Sarah and Mr. Electric.

They also took care of the inspection and permit. They make everything easy for the customer, and they do excellent work. They are very knowledgeable and happy to explain what they are doing. I highly recommend them. They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy.

Note- edits at the bottom to respond to the further deceptive response from Mr. Electric.Terrible communication from both the technician and administration. I would go as far as saying they are deceptive. I heard more from them about their operational challenges than them looking to address my issues and correct their error from a previous visit. We were treated as if we were an inconvenience between jobs on both occasions we had the displeasure of having them in our home. This service provider is disorganized and poorly managed.If you work hard for your money and are looking to establish a professional relationship within the local business community, I would recommend another service provider than Mr. Electric.June 28th response to owner response:The issue was not a two hour delay. The issue was an apportionment made over a month in advance for a scope of work that was clearly communicated. There was no issue with a fan. Your technician, Scott, visited us in 2019, complained the entire day that Mr. Electric doesn’t provide enough technician staff, then rushed through the job. He was supposed to run an independent line to our dining room light in 2019 as part of the job scope. By 4pm, he said he had another job and convinced us to tie in the dining room light to the kitchen light. After listening to him huff and puff all day, we agreed trusting he at least knew what he was talking about. We have had nothing but trouble with it since. I contacted Mr. Electric and asked Anne to have a technician come by to correct it. I asked it not be the same technician. Anne ensured the appointment and ensured it would be another technician. She stated the technician who completed the work no longer worked there. Who should show up yesterday? Scott…the original technician, He then prepares a quote of $800 to drop a single outlet line and sats they are too busy to have the work complete.I did indeed let you know yesterday that I was unwilling to have Mr. Electric’s incompetent, dishonest, and untrustworthy staff enter my home again after listening to Anne snd Scott bemoan the internal challenges of Mr. Electric’s poor planning model.Mr. Electric’s response here is not accurate, but consistent with the terrible communication they engaged in from the start. Anne either misinformed or flat out lied on three different occasions, and Scott couldn’t be bothered to work to a basic standard.This is hardly a biased review or misinterpretation. Kean’s Pump shop owns Me. Electric, AireServ and Mr. Rooter. See my positive review previously for AireServ.I suggest you employ honest staff and tighten up your organizational effectiveness. Rather than closing ranks, take criticism and improve.

I would highly recommend this business. My technicians (Scott and Sarah) were awesome. They assessed and addressed my needs and exceeded my expectations. Follow up service was fantastic. Highly professional service all the way through. Keep up the great work.
