Amazing people to deal with. Amazing products. We bought hardwood floors. From the front end staff all the way backEla pointed us in the proper direction with the beautiful hardwood floors they provided us. A Canadian product which made it even better. A definite must when buying hardwood floor.

We had a fantastic experience with  Floor Country Canada team. We found them online and loved their website and info provided. When we arrived at their beautiful retail store we were greeted by some wonderful people, Ela and Evon. When we visited the store we had an idea on what we wanted to have installed in our home but we did not  know much about  the different products available on the market the difference between them. They worked with us, provided us with a lot of product knowledge and design advice and we were able to select a beautiful laminate flooring for our main floor and carpet for our basement. Evon came to our house and provided us with an estimate and even helped us choosing our walls colours and other design advice at no cost. Installation of both laminate and carpet was done in a time frame that was convenient for us. The installers were amazing and cleaned inside and outside, leaving our home ready to move in. We highly recommend using Floor Country Canada for your flooring projects! They have an amazing product selection and  their team is able to provide you with expert advice! We will definitely go back for our quartz countertop and backsplash to finish our kitchen next year!

During our house build project our carpenter recommended Evon and Ella at Floor Country. They are both so helpful and were an excellent resource when sourcing products for our floors. Evon's help deciding on design features was so appreciated, as the choices can be overwhelming at times. We also loved the counters that we purchased through them as well. The installers were amazing and everything looks so good! I would highly recommend Floor Country as the whole team is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

We hired Floor Country Canada this summer to do our feature wall in the living room. Evon was very professional and walk us through every details of the project recommending the right tiles and measurements to fit our space. The contractor Rob did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. He worked hard to drill holes in the tiles for the TV wires and cleaned up everything afterwards. Super, dependable family owned company. I highly recommend Floor Country Canada for any house project.

We hired Floor Country Canada to help us with our flooring needs for our house.Project was completed in August 2017 and we are extremely happy with the outcome! Been dealing with this family owned business for a couple years now doing some renos and thought I'd do a review for them. Nothing but good things to say about this place Ela and her husband and Sandy have gone above and beyond for us during these past trying couple years with covid So much more personal than the big box stores. Floor Country Canada and Sandy were also able to arrange a contractor to not only install our flooring but to complete our basement/bathroom renovations as well.
