Just booked first shipment through Freightera. Probably the best website for quotes, especially for Canada. We've used many online shipment quoting services for over 15 years. Nice to see a company investing in proper online tools.Really liked the destination address check for business or residential as sometimes customers are not truthful.Will add more after we process a bunch more shipment. We would definitely recommend Freightera for other B2B shipping transactions.

Easy drop of, on time delivery, and best price I could find. Very organized, communicative and helpful. A difficult shipment of a pallet from Western Canada to Eastern USA. Definitely would use again.

I have been booking shipments with Freightera since last year and it has worked out greatly until the last two loads.First load is an LTL to BC in Feb, it got delivered as scheduled. Then I received a bill for tailgate at $50 plus tax. I reached out to the customer service team since I was told by our sales team that customer has a dock, obviously I thought there might be a mistake. The customer service manager replied via email saying that tailgate was indeed used. Funny that he asked if I have any proof like a CCTV showing that no tailgate was used. I could not believe that somebody with a title of customer service manager would ask question like this....some of the employee really lack of training on communication skills.The last load( LTL) was booked end of Feb. and was picked up on Feb. 28 by Kindersley Transport to a customer in USA. When I did the quote, Kindersley is the cheapest how has no ETA showing ( that should already ring a bell...). I traced the shipment a few days later and it is showing on the way to Winnipeg. I was already asking myself why but I thought it might be railed first then will be trucked down to the States.On March 8, Freightera customer service emailed me ask for updated customs ppwk. Paperwork was emailed to Freightera on March 9, 2023.On March 13, Freightera customer service informed me that the order is not customs cleared yet. I contacted the US customs broker and on March 14, Freightera advised that the load is customs cleared. From here it all went downhill.After March 14, the only update on Freightera and Kinderley is on March 17 - Linehal delay, nothing was updated after.However Freightera customer service did inform me on March 20 that the shipment will be delivered on March 24, 2023. It did not happen. Again customer service advised me that the order will be delivered on March 27. It did not happen.Today I was told that the order will be delivered on March 28. - Let's see if this indeed will be delivered today.From Feb. 28 till today, it is a 4 week transit from major city in Ontario to a major city in USA. Something shipping from China could have been delivered by now.Customer service at Freightera is doing a great job. However the carrier is a disaster. I am giving a one star ratingbecause it is Freightera's procurement team to select reputable carriers with reasonable cost and service.This is a new customer and it is their first order. As a company, we might lose this customer because of Freightera and its carrier.Updates May 12, 2023 - Freightera reached out to me to explain why CCTV footage was requested ( I only wish that the customer service manager could have explained in his email to me when this happened). As for Kindersley's terrible service, I will never use it again and any carriers should provide an estimated delivery date based on their best knowledge at the time of quote.

I have been in Logistics industry for a long time and impressed on the detailed process, and the most comprehensive price quote. I love the fact that they follow up on each and everyshipment we did with them. I wished I had known them long time, that would have saved me a lot of headache. I can't fit all the good things I want to say about them, but I will just sum it up and say Nothing to Compare"

Shipping from USA to Canada went really smoothly. Pick up and delivery happened withing the estimated time. Customer service was available to help and prompt with replies. Definitively will try again shipping through Freightera.

Very impressed with service and pricing. I booked Freightera for the first time in December 2022. It was an oversized skidded conveyor. The on-line booking process was easy and I was given several quotes to chose from. As it was an international shipment, I was directed to upload the commercial invoice and customs details. As the shipment was over the holidays and I was away from cell coverage, I was able to communicate a new point of contact effectively through their attentive e-mail communication system. Everything was spot on.
