So disappointing!! I had work done on two chimneys a few years ago. In fact, one they pictured above. Both chimneys have bricks that are falling off and are leaking. I paid over $3,000!!! Jamie is not returning my numerous calls and messages even though I have a warranty. Obviously the writing is on the wall!! Shame on you Chimney Gurus. My advice is“Run to another company “. A total scam!!!!!!!

Chimney Guru made me give them a $770 deposit toward a new gas fireplace and they never showed up to install the fireplace and has been telling me since December 2017 they will refund my $770 deposit. 3 months later they will not take my call and they beat me out of my $770 deposit. Beware of dealing with this company because the are very dishonest. They were recommended by Home Advisor. I will never get a referral from them again.
