After an 8 year absence from visiting the dentist, you can imagine my apprehension for booking. The staff and dental team were amazing and took excellent care of me. The techniques used seemed updated and in keeping with making me feel as comfortable as possible (they even have TVs in every room with access to a lot of TV shows and movies to watch during your procedure).The office is beautiful, bright and impeccably clean. Also, I really appreciated the e-mail and text alerts/reminders of my appointments. I really got the sense that every staff member was genuinely interested in my well being and my care.I highly recommend this team!

Fantastic team and great experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in years for various reasons, they gave me a great experience that I am happy to recommend to others. 10/10 This is the place to go for dental work. The clinic is superb. It is clean and organize.

Absolutely love YW dental. I'm new to the area and needed a dentist and I'm so happy I landed here. I've already had a checkup and some incredible work done. Dr. Dina is a true professional. She explains things thoroughly and takes time and care to produce great results. I feel in very good and capable hands under her care. The support team is friendly, personable, and a pleasure to interact with. They always work with my busy schedule and their system is setup so I can respond to changes in appointment via text message which is super convenient for me. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Not to mention, the rooms have a great view of Wellesley street and TVs with Netflix! 5/5

I wouldn’t attend this dentist office due to the lack of care they have for their patients. They gave me a chemical that made me sick to my stomach and when I brought that to their attention, they simply didn’t care. They also messed up my insurance coverage and I have to pay way more than I should. AVOID BOOKING HERE.

The best dental experience I've had so far. I do have a phobia of visiting dental clinics because of my sensitive gums and the discomfort I've experienced from other dental clinics. However, the dental hygienist who attended me was awesome, she was gentle and professional. She was not in a rush cleaning my teeth and she makes sure that I am comfortable during the session. Also, the doctor who checked me up was great, she gave me a detailed instructions on what can be done with my dental issue. Very professional and knowledgeable ensuring you know what to expect in your dental treatment. Not to mention as well the front desk and the manager in front, extremely efficient and friendly. Awesome service, and I totally recommend this clinic.

We are new to the area and needed a new dentist, closer to our new home. The staff and everyone were phenomenal. I had to make a visit with my 2 small sons and I myself needed a cleaning. We will definitely be returning and using them as our primary dentist. Thank you to everyone for being so inviting and doing such great work.

I was looking for a new dentist as my previous dentist (8 years +) sold his practice during Covid. I live close by and was quite impressed with their reviews so I decided to book an appointment.Lyka and Jenny were so warm and friendly as they welcome me upon my arrival at reception. My dental cleaning was done by Lu Lu (sorry if I spelled the name wrong!), she was incredibly gentle, informative, and extremely thorough. She took her time to give me the best cleaning session I ever had.Dr. Nerdin Medhat came in and had a thorough review session with me. He was very personable and very insightful. He provided me with in-depth information about my oral health that my previous dentist did not cover.Overall, very impressed with this practice, everywhere I looked, it was clean & spotless! The environment was very bright and had a very calming feel to it.Looking forward to my next visit!

The front staff were very warming, they attended me so well made sure I am comfortable. They also have great advanced facilities that I am greatly impressed. Their Dentist were very knowledgeable and assessed me well with my concern. The hygienist was the best! She was very gentle with me and gave me 10/10 satisfaction!Overall this clinic is awesome and could really recommend their customer and quality service! My effort in going there was never put to waste! Thanks YWD! Great job!!
