Been a while since I had a a sausage McMuffin.They have reduced the size of the patty significantly.Always a disappointment to see this happen and have the price go up too.

So the service was horrible. They couldn’t even give us good fries. My dad ordered a XL coffee and they never a gave it hot, each time it was cold. Also the fries were never hot, and they charge so much for the fries but never give a lot. I’m not trying to be a Karen, but they couldn’t do their job properly.

I find this location very efficient at drive through. Good system for cars to park ahead if your order is not immediately at pickup window. They keep the vehicles movin' on down the road"!"

Employees are nice but they have a very hard time to get your order right. Every time i come the order is incorrect. Check your orders before leaving.

I go to the drive threw on Wednesday January 25 at 8:40pm to pick up a mobile order with the Big Mac coupon on the app. I get to the pick up window to pick up my order and she gives me a small drink. So I ask kindly if it’s a mistake because with the coupon it comes with a medium drink. She tells me to wait there and she’ll get her manager. She gets her manager to pull up the mobile order and tells me to back up my car to see the screen. I back my car up to see the screen but it doesn’t reach the window. So she takes a picture of the screen shoves it through the window and says “see it says a small drink” and slams the window on me. I couldn’t believe how rude she was, all over the size of the drink. I work in a fast-food restaurant down the street from this one and I understand it could be frustrating sometimes but to be so bluntly rude and disrespectful like that is incredible. Maybe it was her bad day but holy It didn’t need to be taken out on me.

I ordered 2 different orders.1st order I received was fine. The 2nd order, the girl said no 2nd order ...I paid both orders. She started giving me the politics of the store.Sundae had no cover and no spoon. Only 1 straw. Cold french fries.This is not the way McDonalds rolls. I was quite upset with my order.It just so happens I worked at McDonalds at the Concorde store in Laval.This is not the way McDonalds policy goes.Thank You.

This location staff doesn't listen to directions at all. My husband ordered a cheese burger, it came without cheese! And it tasted gross.If you are ordering drinks you might be okay but even then check your coffee! My hubby ordered a coffee with 2 creams, the coffee he got was black.Do better!!

Ordered uber eats one night, order was missing a poutine. Went in the next day after we called 10 minutes after order was delivered and the person on the phone confirmed we could come in the next day;Manager said there's nothing they can do, it has to be uber even though they didn't have the poutine sauce to begin with (they are supposed to call you if they are out an item you paid for). Manager claimed they don't have your phone number which is also BS as my girlfriend and I BOTH have had them call before.Bunch of cheap lies for poor business.Definitely do not recommend.

Fairly well maintained. The road is super inconvenient for those walking/bussing that end up on the other side of the road but that can’t be helped! Food was good and fries were salty! I have that issue at lots of locations but not an issue here.
