Tracy is amazing!! She fixed my hair after a botched cut. I really appreciate the time and care she put in to my cut! She also fixed my sons hair after he cut it off himself. And gave my daughter an amazing cut and style. I highly recommend her! Friendly atmosphere!

Brought my daughter in to get highlights done, and go as blonde as possible, my daughter had a bit of a moment when she found out she couldn’t go from 0-10 as everything isn’t as easy as it appears and to keep the integrity of her hair as well. However she did end up getting exactly what she wanted and is so in love with her hair! I appreciate a stylist being upfront and honest about the process and what can be done in 1 sitting. However her hair took well to the process and came out amazing. I will be going to get my own done soon! It’s a breath of fresh air to find a good colourists/stylist! Will be returning customers. I highly recommend giving this tiny adorable place a shot! You won’t be disappointed I can promise you that

Little bit of a wait (i may have gone in at the wrong time) but i had a fantastic conversation with one of the lovely hairstylists, she did exactly as i asked & i was beyond happy about how she did my hair. Price is a bit high but you’re paying for a quality cut. 10/10, would definitely recommend, especially the lady that did my hair.

I’ve tried several salons in Orillia over the years and I have found Barb and Tracy the best! Not only are they great at what they do, they are pleasant and very welcoming.

Always a friendly atmosphere! Was here the other week for my friends wedding. They closed down the shop and had snacks and drinks available for the wedding party. They made everyone feel super relaxed and the updo's were beautiful! Very professional and friendly environment!

I called to make a same day appointment for a men's and woman's cut. When I arrived the hairdresser was highlighting her own hair.. she spent less then 10 min on both our hair and charged me $80 mentioning that she needed to get the colour out before her hair falls out.She should of never made an appointment with me and I definitely would never go back.

Was my first and last time I'm ever going here! I asked for blonde ombré look and was impressed with everything up until I was left for an hour with bleach in my hair!!!! I was left in the back room while they took on new customers. After I paid and left my hair started falling out and was super elastic feeling/ straw feeling, and this was about a month ago . Since then i had to have my hair chopped and it still is horrid and a lot of hair is coming off, I was so terrified for anyone to touch my hair to begin with hence the reason I came to them and repeatedly told them this! And this is what happend! I am very disappointed and upset with how my hair looks and feels !!
