My wife and I were first time mountain bike buyers and the staff here definitely helped inform us before we made a decision. They were friendly and super patient throughout the process and when I got my bike home and decided it felt slightly too big they got me back in and on a different size no questions asked and with a smile. Super happy with the store and their staff.

This store has been so good to me!!! The staff is really friendly! I Love just browsing through the store ...So many fun things in there! Also a huge shout out to a worker there named Michelle! She has such an upbeat personality, is so incredibly helpful and knows so much about bikes!!!

Incredible service! I brought my bike in to get the bottom bracket tightened and their mechanic took care of multiple other issues on my bike, plus riding recommendations. They were friendly and went above and beyond!

Dropped in to look at light hikers. Spent 15 minutes at the discount sale table and shoe display wall - no contact and only one other customer. Walked past the young man at the counter a couple of times and also when I came in but looked away and made no attempt at contact the whole time. Bought Merrells at gun/fishing store on Baker - very attentive.

Sooooooo happy with my purchase. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I knew nothing about ebikes and they took the time to fill me in and let me take one for a test ride in the parking lot. Best purchase I have made.

Mike and his staff rock! Ordered my brand new Norco through them, and they were good to keep in touch all the way along for timing. And to have the bike staff as excited as I was for a new bike made the experience super cool! Recommend him and his staff for anything, and everything you need for bikes!

Was on vacation close to Cranbrook and had some issues with my bike. Called a few shops around and they were too busy" to fit me in. Called Gericks and they had me in no problem. Duane in service was great and got my bike dialed in. Huge thanks to Duane and the team."
