Incredibly rude customer service. After buying quite a bit from this store, I walked in one day and one of the employees with an Irish accent said, ugh her again". Wow what a way to treat your customers! I had one employee who was Asian and she was incredible and helped me

A manager named Sharan she is very rude and uneducated. She should have to learn some basic manners before come to work. Very poor customer service. I will never visit this location. Awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was just browsing, looking to spend some time with my daughter after my doctor's appointment when the shop caught my eye. It was on Monday Mar. 20 around lunchtime when I got the idea to buy a bag and wallet small enough for my cards, money, meds, phone and other small necessities for errand runs and appointments. 20 minutes was long enough for a LADY EMPLOYEE to start hounding me if I wanted any help or if I was okay for now. Albeit, I did show up wearing a sling to support my right arm because of my shoulder surgery. But that time, I didn't feel like I needed any help because I WAS feeling okay enough to do things on my own.The LADY EMPLOYEE totally turned me off with my bag shopping because she was hovering AND hounding me about needing any help. There was also a MALE EMPLOYEE at that time too but HE behaved BETTER than her. He did hovered around me for a bit (I understood the natural human behavior around the injured very well), and he backed off after a while.You would think after the 3RD TIME I said I was okay, a person would leave me alone. But she didn't, made me feel like I was going to steal when I wasn't. They lost a customer that day. I went to Indigo right after.

I went into the store today not expecting to buy anything. The service I got from Karen and Tamara as soon as I walked in was amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing 2 luggages. I will now being making all of my luggage purchases from here.Stellar job guys!

So incredibly rude. Came in twice and was told conflicting things by two associates and when the manager was involved she was also rude and was no help. We were considering buying a luggage that was damaged and they kept insisting it was the last one in stock. The associate kept sneaking off to talk to her manager in the back. Kept pushing us to buy even though it was damaged, got to the till and suddenly there was a perfectly good one in stock. Never buy from here!

Went to this shop to buy a wallet, got a really good wallet for a discounted price, Sharan was the representative who helped me that day, very helpful and kind lady.

Good range of inventory quality with Samsonite as the best, which we bought. Some staff members are more knowledgeable than others, and there may be more inventory, so take your time to decide and ask questions.

Incredibly rude customer service. So called Assistant Manager “Sharan” she don’t know how to speak. I don't think I'll be coming back and I would not Recommend anyone to visit this store. Wish I can give it zero rating. Sharan have no manners and not helpful at all. You guys should change your manager if you want more customers.

I loved the customer service in metrotown, Anjali helped me in finding a appropriate luggage set for me and provided professional and friendly service which is highly appreciable for her kindness.Thanks for kindness and showing luggages with enthusiasm!

Sharan provided excellent customer service and was able to help me find exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond when looking up inventory for me and I couldn’t be more thankful and excited about my new luggage!
