We were fortunate enough to get Dan come over to examine if our Septic Tank needed Service. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain that we had not only a tank where the lid was visible but also that there was another pre-tank that was covered up beside it. It was lucky that he took the time to dig it up and lo and behold it was filled to the brim on the verge of overflowing. He then also flushed out the filter in the main tank and we will be good for a while. Incidentally it was good to find out that the rates change after November as the emptying of the sludge has to be trucked to London after that time. Great Service that was timely and very professional.

Very knowledgeable, glad I was home to chat with them about things I can do differently (I had no idea I had a filter on my septic tank OR that needed to be cleaned/rinsed annually! And they Gave me a quick demo on how to do it correctly. I also Didn’t know Kirkland TP doesn’t break down well and was filling my septic tank- I will be Changing brands). And they have a handy little chart on the back of the business card so now I know approximately how long before I need my septic system pumped again (Google search said 5 years, upon opening the tank- 5 years is probably two years too long. Could’ve been a disaster!).Very impressed with the quick service. I called on a Friday and stated it wasn’t an emergency and they didn’t need to rush- and they were here on the following Tuesday. And thank goodness they were here quickly. I didn’t have long before an overflow situation. I had no idea how full the tank was, or that my filter was not in the proper placement. I was able to watch them and saw with my own eyes. They explained everything and I feel much more knowledgeable about my septic tank.Also- They used my garden hose (to break down Costco toilet paper blockage) and put it away neatly- but not before they filled my dogs empty water bowl.Super impressed with this company.

Scott and his assistant, o/a Total Septic, pumped-out our septic tank July 9, 2022. They were very efficient, professional and quick. We also appreciated the additional advice/suggestions he gave us concerning our system! Thanks again Scott and we will use you again next time too.
