James at the Coquitlam store has always been gracious and knowledgable to a point where I can go into that store and feel at home. No pressure tactics no attitude nothing but grace. Thanks James.

Giving one star because zero isn’t an option. James, the store Manager, seems like a wonderful person however the way our whole experience was managed and the overall outcome was embarrassing for Moores.We chose Moores to purchase (not rent) a groom’s suit and 5 groomsmen matching pant and dress shirt sets. Moores sets up a ‘wedding file’ for you so that each person making their purchase can come in at different times and if needed, a different location. We were told / sold that the Moores employee helping the person who comes in can easily bring up the file and see what exact pant and shirt needs to be purchased (so everyone matches in the wedding party). This is where things went sideways. The shirt the associate sold / proactively recommended us and that was put on file was actually discontinued and no longer available. We found this out because one groomsmen called us asking what he should now buy. When each groomsmen came in - everyone had a different experience and was told a different story. Some guys were given one of those last discontinued shirts and some a completely different brand / shirt. One groomsmen was given the wrong pants (different colour). We would have never known this (and he could have showed up to the wedding with different pants?) - we only caught on because the two groomsmen that were given different pants are brothers and we caught it in time! Secondly, I had to proactively follow up multiple times to ensure that the groomsmen actually got shirts. James was nice and offered to help when I had called but to my surprise offered us another wedding party’s shirt… hoping that the person it was actually for didn’t come in to pick it up and we could have it (this was the week before the wedding). What if they did come pick it up? What would we have done? He didn’t have an answer.All in all… one guy doesn’t have a shirt that matches. In the grand scheme of things, whatever! Life is short. We are grateful to be able to afford to buy clothing for our wedding, but this whole experience was a total fail and almost all things we were promised were not delivered on - and I had to follow up and make sure things were made right.You get what you pay for going to Moores!! Or do you even? What a waste of my time and energy.

If you are buying a suit their quality is good.But if you are thinking of shopping for polos or any casual wear t-shirts please reconsider.I bought 5 t shirts from them last year, and the material quality is so poor, its horrendously bad for the price you pay for them.Shirt and other formal work wear is ok.

We needed a suit for my son's confirmation ceremony. We went all over the mall and couldn't find any suits in his size. We ended up going to Moore's and I am so glad that we did.Tony was helping us out. He said that inventory was low for suits everywhere and he wasn't sure if he had anything that would fit my son either. We needed the suit for the following weekend.It must have been our lucky day because Tony pieced together the perfect outfit. He Got a jacket and pants, belt, collared shirt, tie, socks, and beautiful Italian leather shoes. We had to get some tailoring done as they didn't have all the right sizes but in the end, my son looked so handsome.Thank you so much Tony for helping us to make my son's special day picture perfect.

I wouldn’t use them if you’re needing rentals for a wedding. Was told suits come in a week before. Came in 3 days, one came in 2 days before. All the groomsmen were given the wrong ties. They said that they rushed shipped the right ties but didn’t actually do it when they said they did. The ties came in the day before the wedding but only 5 out of 6 came in and one was even already broken. So the best man had to buy and wear a different shade. They also say you can return the clothes however you’d like just as long as everything is in the bag. But then charge one of the guys a “cleaning fee” and hide the charge under another grooms suit so we wouldn’t notice, then proceeded to ignore it when we called it out.Going forward I would never use them again for any weddings or events. Too unorganized and not trust worthy

The service I received was great, I was there to adjust my old suit, however I could not adjust the shoulders so there was a understanding and informative young man named Cole who had helped me find the perfect new suit I needed, soon after working out the measurements and the issues I had with the old suit.

Morres Coquitlam handled the suits for my brothers and I for my father's funeral,and I just want to say these people were simply amazing and did anything and everything to accommodate us in the short time frame we gave them.Big shout out to the store manager, James and Lexi who did everything in their power to accommodate us in our difficult time.They were not only professional but sensitive to our situation.Would highly recommend and have used in the past and plan to use again in the future.From my entire family and I, we thank you!

Tony was a total MVP! I went to buy a suit for my wedding and he suggested an outfit that my fiancée, my dad and I were all thrilled with. Not only that, but he recommended shoes to match!Picking out your first suit can be a nerve-racking experience (from my perspective at least), so I'm thrilled someone was able to guide me through the process with interest, expertise, and human connection.Tony is a boss.

Amazing service! Thank you to Fariba for your patience and attention to detail. Me and my two friends came in 3 days before my wedding without a clue what to buy for outfits. Fariba gave us plenty of suggestions and listened intently to our needs and they were both able to find awesome outfits for the big day. Thanks again!
